      The room was basic, but very clean, and had everything I needed for my one night stay, my only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. But I only had to walk across the parking lot to get to the airport check in.

      The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the service is awesome. I would have given it a perfect 5 except the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The room our friend was in had the same problem. Also....there is a noise...a boiler maybe? that if you stay on the back side of hotel it wakes you up and runs from 6 am to 10 am and is quite loud. We read about this in the reviews in room 2 and we also had it in our room. The service was awesome and the bed and room were very comfortable. The bar is open at night and the deskclerks are great about getting you anything you would like to drink from the bar. The rooms are VERY clean!!!

    A bit of disruption as conservatory floor was being dried out. Hostess was very welcoming but the house felt cold (we were there during a cold spell )There was no hair drier , no convenient socket to plug in the kettle ( it shared with the bedside lamp ) and there were used small milk cartons in container with unused ones.
