      This was a great stay. The room was huge and comfortable with a nice canopy bed, plenty of storage, and a nice TV. View was amazing as we could see the ocean from our 3rd floor room. The bathroom was very large with a giant tub that easily fit 2. The shower was lovely and a nice size, though the water pressure could of been a bit better. The location of this hotel was perfect. We came in at Edinburgh Waverly and several buses (5, 44, 113, 24X) all stop RIGHT in front of the hotel. There is an ASDA (walmart super store) with a wonderful breakfast cafe about 10 minutes walk. Porto Bella is about 15 minutes away which is a gorgeous little beach front area with an amazing cafe in the swim center that makes homemade food. The bus will get you into Edinburgh in about 30-45 minutes. Edinburgh castle, Arthur's seat, the Parliament, etc is all there. One of the best hotels I have stayed in at a great price. The Bistro, Bar and Restaurant downstairs were good but very expensive.

      This was my favorite town and hotel out of our stay and we'll be coming back. The staff was so friendly and suggested some really wonderful places to eat!

      Very clean with excellent staff. Free breakfast was generous and tasty. About a 10 minute walk from Prince's Street. Great place for the money. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks Hotels.Com.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. The flat was clean warm and comfortable andalthough the decoration was somewhat dated we were aware that the owners were in the process of updating the other flats to what looked like a lovely standard. It suited us very wll. The managers were very helpful, adjusting the boiler for us, looking up buses and booking a […] taxi back to the station. With smll chldren this suited us down to the ground. We wold not hesitate to recomment this to friends wanting a convenient, practical place to stay without paying a fortune. Read more

    Overall it was a pleasant stay. Renovated Rooms are nice. The only issue is my credit card had been charged more than the amount on my bill on the very date of booking. Can Hotels.com, look into the same.

    Convenient hotel in central position. The rooms were comfortable and warm, the hallways were very old fashion so don't think you are staying at some modern hotel. The only downside is the parking. There is some parking close by for £1 an hour, failing that you can park in the loading bay for free from 18:30-7:30. Would stay here again.

    Good location, poor accommodation standard for what was charged on that specific weekend. Generally clean apart from utensils in kitchen. In need of a lot of renovation work. Very thin walls so noisy. Prices seem to vary significantly depending on what is happening in the city.
