Awful. There are fees that they don't tell you about up front. They accuse you of damages that they know were already there. They also take a long ttime to return your deposit.

Apesar de distante do endereço informado no site (é fundamental ter carro para se locomover aos parques), a casa é bem confortável, limpa e organizada, ideal para passeios em família. Tome muito cuidado com as tarifas não acordadas (Cleaning Fee) e depósitos caução que demoram mais de 20 días para serem devolvidos em seu cartão de crédito.
