Best Breakfast package ever ! Great new facility. Reasonably easy to get into Boston. Neighborhood is a little rough, but looks like this Hotel is on the leading edge of turning that around. Staff was EXCELLENT !

Nice hotel. Great amenities. Make sure you reserve a spot on their shuttle because it books up quick and you can't just show up downstairs and go. Hotel rooms were beyond tremendous. Beautiful layout. Staff was the friendliest I've encountered any place. Free breakfast was first rate. The only drawback is the location, but the staff makes it very easy to get around with shuttles running all day and most of the night. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Residence Inn Boston Logan in preparation for an early fight to Tokyo Japan. The room was big, beautiful and new, with a kitchen, liivng room/bedroom and large bathroom. I did last minute laundry, ironing and packing, and was happy and comfortable. This hotel is fabulous. Close and convenient to Mass General. I have found a reasonable gem in Boston! The only thing I would change is make sure you ask for a room on the side of the building opposite from the highway. From the outside looks shady, but the inside is modern, clean and nice. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The only problem I had was that the shuttle driver to the airport didn't help me w/ my luggage, which is unusual, esp since I'm a woman and was alone. Other than that, great hotel!

great new hotel - location is a bit off the map and would not want to walk around in the neighborhood after dark, however the facility is new and clean. Attentive staff, very nice early morning breakfast - covered free parking for the first 50 or so cars. Good rate, less than the properties off 60 or closer to the airport

This hotel was a pleasant surprise - upscale feel at a reasonable price, especially in Boston. Lobby was modern, convenient and comfortable and rooms had a suite feel to them with a kitchen, living area and spacious bed. Definitely a great option for this area.

Overall: i would say,"6 on the scale.". Bar was nice, but noisy and drafty due to being close to the entrance. Pool was nice along with the small gym area. Room was cute. Own little appartment for a single person. Loved kichenette.:)

We had a studio room which was very different from your usual hotel room where you sit on your bed while watching TV. It had a separate sitting area with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a kitchenette […] complete with a stove and a dishwasher. . Good breakfast with a waffle machine and good selection of items. The drive to Boston was only a breeze and we did not use their airport shuttle though it was available. We liked the touch screen computer in the lobby which would give you info about different sights in the area and send directions right to you iphone!. And because there is a supermarket nearby so you can buy some ingredients and cook for yourself...no need to go to the resaurants every meal haha:) They have shuttles that can dirve you to the silver line which can go to the south station, and they […] can also go to the subway station. The hotel is spanking new, so, take a lot of my review with a pinch of salt. The room was very spacious, which was a refreshing change from an other hotel that my family and I stayed in during the week. My toddler loved being able to run around the room and not bump into anything.
