The rooms were well-designed. Reasonably comfortable. The place appears to be brand new (not even on our GPS), which is why we were surprised that the shower compartment was pulling away from the wall enough to interfere with closing the shower door. The lcoation was great for our visit to the Space Station (across the street) and also our visit to the Kemah Boardwalk. We also drove into Houston for an event at Relient Stadium, only about a 25 min drive. The room was clean and very roomy. The only thing that bothered me was the thin walls. We could hear everything from a baby crying in the room […] next door, people walking in the hallway and door slamming shut. The noise level would not turn me away from a future stay just wanted to let others know if noise is one their concerns. Read more

The hotel was really nice for the money however they didnt have enough staff to clean rooms timely. We tried to check in around noon and was told it wasnt ready - ok that's fine we knew we were early. Another couple walked in 15 min after us and were able to check right in. We came back at 5 something and tried to check in again - we were told that […] rooms werent clean and the manager was somewhere in the hotel trying to get them all done. We had to wait about 20 min to get in. THe rooms were nice however when I made coffee the next morning - the coffee cup looked like it had just been wiped out from the guests before us - very gross. Our family had a great time at this hotel. We spent the afternoon and had dinner at the close-by Kemah Boardwalk. After a long day, the hotel was a great rest stop. The hotel looks very new and the room was very comfy.

We checked in and enjoyed the new and fresh look of the lobby and all it had to offer. We immediately found there was only one elevator working and there was a wait to get up and down the elevator. The room was very nice and comfortable, but the walls and floors paper thin, we also listened to the outdoor music ALL NIGHT that plays by the pool, even […] though it was 50 degrees out and no one out there. As soon as we walk into our room, we are invited to a glass of wine in the lobby and soon head down. Once down there, there is advertisiment on the wall and price list on the bar/food service. We waited patiently with another couple we did not know looking for the same thing while the only person on staff happened to be busy on a personal call which we only overheard "they fired him for that....?" All while thinking yea, they should probably consider you too. She held her hand to the phone long enough for the first couple to ask the question can they get wine? NO. That was all she said, no reason, no rhyme. She did allow us to pay for food, but was bothered when we asked for a towel to clean the dirty microwave. This is a good hotel for families with small children, but adults or business travelers are best suited down the road at the Hilton where we stayed the next night to a far different experience for the same price. We booked this hotel because it was very close to NASA and only about a 15 minute drive to the Kemah Boardwalk. We we visiting from San Antonio for Spring Break and to our surprise this hotel was amazing! It was very clean, new, had an onsite small bistro, after hours pantry, self-serve laundry, fitness room and much more. I would definitely recommend […] and stay here again. The location is perfect if you're headed to NASA, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would give this the highest rating except for two things: one of our two beds creaked loudly as if it were about to fall apart. It woke us up at night. The other was noise. We were on the 2nd floor, and either the guests above us were an entire rugby team playing […] a match, or the hotel is so poorly insulated that sound is a problem all over. I have stayed in many hotels but ever had noise issues like this. Some bean counter saved during construction and design by cutting out insulation or soundproofing, and it is a problem. The food selection and bistro were great, and except for the 2 problems above, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Read more

We came down for a Spring Break getaway, to see NASA space center. The room was as described, very clean. Loved the fact that its located right across the street from NASA. Staff was friendly and helpful. Noticed other small children there, but it was very quiet. The only draw back is that there's no continental breakfast.

This is a brand new hotel so it is really nice. Rooms are nice and very clean. We had a nice stay. The rooms are not very quiet, you can hear people in the next room over and also noise from the hall. Only bad thing is there isnt a restaurant in the hotel, this is the only thing they are missing.

Loved this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Clean, modern and can't beat the location. Right across the street from NASA's Johnson Space Center and close to downtown Houston, Galveston Beach and the Kemah Boardwalk.

PROS: Great clean comfortable room, reasonably priced.. CONS: not close to beach as described on website. (actaully approx 24 miles away). No room service, was on 2nd floor which was above pool and outside leisure area,didnt quiet down until after 12pm..
