We stayed at this location to see the sights at the tail end of a long business trip in country. The hotel was spacious and comfortable. Small bedroom, which is a given in Europe, but the bed was very comfortable. Living space was nice, there was a full kitchen with a washer and dryer in it. It is a five minute walk from Paddington station, so tube […] travel and travel to Heathrow was convenient. The neighborhood was nice, with a good number of restaurants within walking distace. I have travelled to 50+ countries and probably stayed in over 500 hotels in my lifetime and rarely am I surprised positively. I was here. This is a strong 4 star for me - four stars because the only negative in the entire place is really out of the hotel's control - traffic noise from the busy roads in front. I am a light sleeper and horns/heavy tires […] etc woke me several times. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to avoid this one. However, if you are normal or a sound sleeper even, this is a magic find. Very comfortable, individually designed studio suites with excellent appointments throughout (starting with Grohe monsoon showers). Little things like a fresh milk is left in the fridge for your coffee. Sofas are very comfortable and WIFI works like a charm. Front desk staff are warm and friendly, and the entire place is sharp and well kept. The location is fantastic. Flying out of Heathrow, I found the walk to Paddington to be 6 minutes... jumped on the Express and 15 mins to Heathrow. Loads of restaurants and Hyde Park within 3 minutes, tube to anywhere in 3 mins walk. The studio could have slept 4. High recommend. Read more

Our room was much smaller than what appeared in the pictures. Who knows, maybe the other rooms are larger. The hotel is well kept. The front desk was hit or miss. The French girl was not helpfull, but the guys were great. The reason why I'm only giving it 3 stars is due to the noise level. The walls are very thin and the bed is very small (not big enough […] for 2 adults). Otherwise, the location was great. Near the Paddington train station (which you can take directly to the airport for 20 pounds and takes about 15-20 minuts) and Lancaster metro station (3 minute walk). From the airport take the Heathrow Express which will take you to Paddington. From there, you walk for about 5 minutes. We did the walk with our luggage withot trouble. If you don't want the train, you can ask the front desk to call for a ride which will cost less than a taxi. There is a nice Indian restaurant 1 minute away and several pubs. The location was great, next to Hyde park. A very safe area. There is a washing machine and a small kitchen with a grill, microwave, and fridge in the room but not all rooms have a waching machine. This lived up to our expectations. Very nice and quaint. Apt was nice and cool, quiet and close walk to tube and pubs, also very close to Paddington if you take the Heathrow Express from airport to Paddington, short walk to Apt. We would definately stay again.

Go Native offers serviced apartments, serviced once a week. This cuts costs and makes the stay in London more affordable; however, this may require one's own cleaning or straightening up the room in between. This is something one needs to be aware of in case one expects full hotel service. The place has been recently refurbished, so that it looks nice […] with comfortable beds, new furniture, appliances and fixtures. The room in which I stayed was the usual London small size, but with a generous bed. Therefore, I had to climb onto the bed to open the window. Because my room faced the interior of the block I did not have any problem sleeping with the window open. I had no desk in the room but staff brought a usable table so that I could work in the room. Internet is available for free, but bandwidth is limited, so that any downloads may take longer than expected, and streaming TV news or other TV shows appeared entirely disabled. Go Native's location is within a couple of blocks from the current exit of Paddington Station (due to CrossRail construction), very convenient to walk with rolling luggage, and also close to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens, Lancaster Gate tube station, and rent-a-bike station there, too. Great location to get quickly to business meetings or for sightseeing. Restaurants are nearby, and even more choices are available on Queensway. Read more

The hotel is located in the west of London near Lancaster gate, I booked into a studio room for 2 nights, it was quite compact. As the room was on the ground floor and at the front it was very noisy and I was kept awake with the constant traffic noise. Better to book a hotel than a small room like this, I assume the apartments are bigger?

Very helpful receptionist. Excellent location near to Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate Tube Station and only 15 minutes walk to Oxford Street. Very modern stylish apartments which were very clean and well equipped. Our room was a bit on the small size so next time I will opt for a larger apartment.

Other than being located on a busy street, this was a great experience. Bedroom, bathroom sitting area, kitchen/dining with clothes washing machine! Perfect for business travel or vacation. Room to work and relax. I was in the same building as the reception, so it was great.

Booked a Double Bed but got a Queen Bed. Very disappointing as the apartment was lovely. Complained and was told it was a double bed...then they admitted that other people had complained too. Took them half an hour to check the system for other available rooms. Found nothing so had to deal with the queen - not the best!

Stayed here 4 nights on business. From reading reviews had low expectations but would def stay again. Brightly decorated studio. 2min walk to Lancaster Gate tube. Plenty of lively pubs & restaurants close nr Paddington but apartment itself in v.tranquil and safe location. 2min walk to Italian gardens in Hyde Park for nice recreation/relaxation... Everything […] in apartment worked well, plenty of cutlery & crockery & pots and pans provided. helpful staff though could be busy. Agreed to find us an extra bed though we didn't book it (had to pay of course)modern and well equipped 2 bed apartment with very handy local facilities- good value long stay parking near by in The Colonades if driving and they have a handy unloading bay at the hotel.definitely recommend it.

L'espace est agréable, on ne se sent pas coincé même si ce n'est pas les standards américains. L'hotel est à proximité de Hyde park et de 2 station de métro. Huone moderni ja siisti, mutta todella pieni. Siivooja ei käynyt kertaakaan viiden päivän aikana, edes roskiksia ei tyhjennetty. Suihku hieno sadesuihku, mutta peseytymiseen mahdoton, käsisuihku puuttui. Sijainti erinomainen, Lancaster Gate metrolle ja Hyde Parkiin 200 m. Astiat, vedenkeitin, mikro ja jääkaappi ok.
