We had so much fun here. It took only a few minutes to get here (by taxi) from the ferry from St. John, and it was about half an hour from the STT airport. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. We were able to use a changing room and luggage storage room so that we could enjoy the terrific beach for several hours before we checked in on our first day and after checking out on our last day. The on-site restaurant was quite pleasant -- both the outdoor, casual beach cafe and the fancier restaurant at night. The room we rented was actually a condo -- we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom place, and it was fine. The beach was gorgeous, with a western exposure so the sunset was nice. Best of all -- the snorkeling! We saw lots of beautifully colored fish, a turtle, sea urchins, and squid. Had a wonderful time and would definitely choose this place again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful with anything that we needed. The beach is just a ten minute walk, and it was a very quick cab ride from the Red Hook ferry that we came in on. Very enjoyable! Would definitely return!

Loved every minute. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly. This is eco-friendly cabin camping. The campground is scrupulously maintained,... comfortable and well equipped, and the location is stunningly beautiful. Water Island is a gem, and close enough to St Thomas to commute at will. St John is also within easy range for day trips. Honeymoon Beach is beautiful and clean, perfect for swimming orkicking back and enjoying a beach cocktail, and has decent snorkeling too.
