De Pijp Apartments - Amsterdam

Wonderful apartment in a quiet location in De Pijp. A few minutes walking distance from multiple tram lines with easy access into the city centre (about 10 minutes by tram). The studio apartment was new, clean, modern and had all of the amenities - fully equipped kitchen so you don't have to eat out all of the time with pots, pans, dishware and utensils. […] Very comfortable bed. Close to the supermarket and other nearby restaurants. The apartment rental company we used was very responsive and friendly! The only negatives were: no laundry (but we knew that going in), the coffee machine wasn't working, (but they fixed it right away), the Wi-Fi had a very weak signal after 11:00 pm (or so it seemed) - the Wi-Fi was great during the day though. Finally, the doors to the apartments are very heavy, so when people are entering the main apartment and their own personal apartments, you can hear the door slamming very hard. This didn't bother us so much because we were out for most of the day, so we only heard the slamming only a few times. I would definitely recommend! Read more

I booked here because there was an exhibition at the RAI where I was working and the hotels were booked or expensive. For me it didn't really work for business but I could see the appeal for leisure or if there were a group of you. It's convenient because it's just off tram route 4 which goes to the RAI and into the city. Check in desk at the airport […] is a little difficult to find and they're slower to process you than a hotel reception. My apartment was on the 4th floor, with no lift so lugging my suitcase up and down wasn't much fun. I didn't have the convenience of hotel facilities (restaurant, concierge, maid service) so that made it more difficult / time consuming. Although I advised of a few little problems, they didn't fix them when they said they would and the wifi was terrible which WAS a problem. However, there were places to eat and shop nearby and the situation / layout of the apartment was good. It was quiet which I also like! Read more

В целом все гуд. Есть несколько моментов: изначально не было нигде инфо о том, что при заселении в определенные часы взымается доплата в размере 50 евро. В номере при заселении обнаружил несколько волос на кровати и в ванной - не оч приятно. И еще звукоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего - все перемещения, приходы/уходы соседей будет отлично вам слышны. […] По цене: останавливался в пик, поэтому цена, на мой взгляд, точно не соответствовала уровню и месторасположению. Da det er en lejlighed og ikke et hotel, får den kun tre point for service kvalitet da der jo ikke er service i lejligheds komplekset, men det ved man når man bestiller lejligheden. Point er givet i forhold til hoteller og derfor kan den kun få total 3. Det er ellers en ret så ny og god lejlighed i et område nær en markedsgade og Rembrandt museet. Og […] hvis man er til en gå tur på ca. 4 Km er det en fin tur ind til centrum, ellers brugte vi også sporvogn nr. 4 som har stoppested lige for enden af gaden. Man skal være opmærksom på at når der skal betales for lejligheden som man gør ved afhentning af nøglerne i Amstardam, skal man også hæfte for et depositum oven i betalingen. Nøglerne er lette at få udleveret når man kommer med fly, da de også har kontor på flypladsen. Read more

We booked this as we were exhibiting at a trade show at the Rai. It is right on the tram 4 direct into the Rai within 15mins. That same line goes into the centre. Shops/supermarket close by, restaurants etc right there. Apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos, clean, comfortable. Only downside was that it was on the 4th floor. Vue was great, […] lovely light and airy apartment with little street noise but be prepared to have an aching ass by the time you get up there...not for the unfit! Read more
