      They should disclose the parking fee when they ask if you need parking. Also, the parking fee is pretty steep given that the garage is located across the street and they recommend that you don't leave anything in your vehicle since it is so prone to break-ins.

      Our stay at the Burrard was excellent! The hotel was affordable, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I only have a few minor complaints: 1. A fan would have made the room more comfortable. Without a fan, the room got a bit warm and we had to open the windows out to the noisy street. 2. The breakfast could have included more choices, it was rather sparse. 3. It would have been nice if the parking were free or less than $20 per day, but this is to be expected. Overall, the stay was really good, and I would stay there again.

      The Pan Pacific was a great location to get around town on foot as well as the train. I was surprised that there was a daily rate for WiFi?? Really in this day and age it should be of no charge considering the price for a room. This trip was not for business but relaxation so I would have enjoyed the use of my Ipad to look up places to see and eat. Thank you Starbucks downstairs for free WiFi. The pool was fantastic on a night full of stars and open late for guests, thank you for that. Parking your car in the garage, no winter rates there. Be prepared to dig deep for 2 nights of parking. What we were charged would have been a nice dinner for two.

    It is a posh house and not a Hotel. A Room with basic needs and attached bath room(sometimes I believe is shared). Roadside so be prepared for nightly traffic sounds but not much of distrubance. But if you are on Budget, yes, you can go here

    The "suites" are a couple of rooms in a house. The owners' bedroom is upstairs. They keep the place very clean; you cannot walk to your room w/o changing to slippers (provided). The place is not air-conditioned, so in the (few) hot days of summer it is stuffy and uncomfortable. Check-in must be arranged to fit the owners' schedule. There's a $40 cash […] "key deposit". Check-out involved waking up the owners to get my deposit back. There is free WiFi access to the Internet. There's off-street parking and the neighborhood is quite safe. The place does not deserve a 2.5 star rating, but if you can deal with the idiosyncrasies and aren't coming when it is hot, it might be a good choice for you. Read more

    Leider hat uns dieser Aufenthalt nicht besonders gefallen. Wir dachten, dass wir ein richtiges Hotel gebucht hätten und kein Guesthouse/ Homestay oder wie man dieses nette Ehepaar, dass sein Haus für Übernachtungen zur Verfügung stellt nennen soll. Deshalb waren wir von Beginn an nicht sehr positiv eingestellt. Die Sauberkeit liess jedoch auch zu wünschen […] übrig.Ich würde diesen Aufenthalt nicht weiterempfehlen. Read more

    到达后才知道是华人办的家庭旅馆，房前没旅馆招牌。房主只是出租空余的房间给客人。我住的是一楼一个不到十平米的房间，房间内有一张二人床，一台电视，一个大立柜，一张桌子，两把椅子。没有电话，没有无线网络，没有空调。床垫太软，腰肌劳损者不能睡，需另想办法。卫生间与卧室分离，需走出房间，经过大厅、厨房，然后进入卫生间洗漱。所以想去卫生间得注意穿着。房主家人吃饭在大厅内，房客外出晚上回来时常会看到他们在吃晚饭。如果喜欢这种家庭氛围，不太在意居住条件和私人空间问题，可选择这种家庭旅馆居住。由于房主是华人，初到温哥华不懂英语的中国人可以和他们自由交流，咨询各类信息，这可以说是一个优点。
