      This hotel is new and in a great location across the bridge from the old city. I rated the neighborhood with a 3 because there is construction across the water and the area right next to the hotel is a little messy, but it is certainly a safe area. It is quiet and a really easy walk to the old city. Restaurants are nearby. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

    I would place it third of the three hotels we stayed. The food was not very good. (My coming down with a bug and not feeling good might have shaded my opinion.) No one at the front desk on Sunday spoke English. The key to the door would not work properly (no one fixed it) and the bath room door knob was missing.
