Stay was excellent. Rate was one of the best I could find and the hotel is delightful. had tea in the lobby- and service was excellent. Sheets, pillows, bed and amenities were all top- notch. In walking distance to some of my favorite restaurants (and heard rave reviews on restaurant under the hotel which I will definitely check out next trip).+S

Very pleased with the Y. This hotel sits in the best location in HK next to hotels costing 2 to 3 times thier price. Get the harbour view room - it's worth the extra dollars espectially for the light show each night. Breamfast uffet was an extra bonus. We will stay here next time!

This is a great stay as it is located between the old town and Central, but this neighborhood is the run down part. So do not expect it too look nice,... this serviced apartment complex is the only new building in the whole block, everything else around looks like built in the 60's and never new paint applied. It still is a safe neighborhood and walking 10 min gets you nearly everywhere. This is a serviced apartment, so no room service, fresh sheets only once a week, fresh towels daily. For being a serviced apartment I found the price quite steep. The room was overall clean, but under the bed a dust collection had established itself, especially as the room had fancy lights you could turn under the bed, that was disgusting and surprising. We left the light of the bed on the next day, then it got all cleaned. I would stay again, but will search for something cheaper more diligently next time first, I think there must be more available in the serviced apartment range. 毎日きれいにクリーニングしてくれて、気持ちよかった。あまり使わなかったが、電子レンジ、IHコンロ、鍋、カトラリー付。wi-fi無料。バスタブがあるのも、日本人にはありがたい。ホテル的な親身なサービスを求めるのでなければ、とてもお勧めです！

かなり詳しく様子クチコミあげましたけど、アップされないのは何故？ここ、工事現場のようなひどいホテルですよ!本当に!清掃もきちんとしないし、汚い、サービスが悪い、朝食？フロントに置いてあるパンが朝食ですが？デンジャラスな場所なので、ガラス戸一枚の入口には常時鍵がかかっています。女性は行ってはいけないホテルって、ここのことです。なんで口コミ評価が4.3なのか、全く理解できませんね。

12月29日から6泊しました。場所は湾仔の駅から近くフェリー乗り場も5分の位置にあり観光にも最高でした。ホテルはまだ新しくリノベーションされている感じでしたが建物の設備が古い感じでエレベーターの動きがカクカクした感じや洗面、バスタブの排水があまり良くないですし、トイレの水は一度流すと3分位は次に流せない構造になっていました。部屋はまずまずの広さがありベットも硬めで寝やすかったです。ベットメイクとタオル交換は毎日ありましたし、スリッパも常設されていて、よかったです。朝食付きプランでしたが、パンと果物とジュースしかなく、外に食べに行っていました。廻りに、お粥の店やコーヒーショップがあり、コンベンションセンター付近も、食事出来る場所が多いので助かりました。

This was not really as expected !! The pictures on Hotels.com is not even close to real.. The rooms with Balcony is under "construction" and in 4th floor. So it means as other in here mentioned earlier, it's not really as good as the impression you get from the indicated 5,0 on Hotels.com ! Nevertheless, it is very central in terms of HK exibition center, […] just a 5-10 min walk, but that's all ! Will never recommend or stay here again for sure. Read more
