they have bugs on bed, i had red bumps on my leg the next day, and they don't let us cancel, tell us we have to cancel online. dirty and bad sevice. will never go again.

great location clean nice facility. we actually looked at a couple of other rooms to bring the kids with us or stay longer. The rooms are clean. good... quality towels looks like they just bought them the owners live on the premises and are willing to make the guest happy. With my stay here in longview hotel , this was a very disappointing moment the room is soooo dirty , pillow case is not wash as well as the linens.... I will never stay here again... This hotel should be close immediately for they are not observing cleanliness....

Bathroom gross. Had to ask for soap and towels. They did provide after asked. Hotel just really old and shower had stains all over from age. Not worth the rate.

The hotel has two single story buildings with individual rooms for rent. The office is located in a separate building which appears to serve as living quarters/rental office for the proprietors. Upon entering the office I heard a loud argument between several people in the back room. I called out and a woman came into the front room of the office through […] a blanket hanging in the doorway. She was unkempt, the office was dingy, dirty, and did not resemble any hotel office I have ever been in. She acknowledged that I had a reservation and gave me a key to a room. The room was deplorable, had a stench to it and neither my wife nor I felt we could occupy such a mess of a room. I am 71 years old and this is the worst room I have ever seen.This place should be investigated by the Health Department. Read more

Unclean at all measures. The only thing this hotel provided was a roof, floor & 4 walls with a locked door. That's it.

Room needs serious upgrading (furniture, carpet, sheets, decor, bathroom). Towels had blue color and so did water. Overall felt sticky/not clean.
