I really like this hotel. I would stay there again and again. It was located just off the beaten path, which gave it a quiet touch. The hotel itself is in really good shape. The swim-up bar in the pool was a nice extra!

The hotel staff and house keeping were great. My room was very large and comfortable. About 9 blocks from walking street, and the beach. I would stay there next time I am in Pattaya.

This hotel was one sort of long'ish block from the beach. Couple of short blocks from a mall with a store called BIG C where you could do any grocery shopping. The front desk was outstanding and i am very impressed with TUNE HOTELS!! Yes i really am an outside opinion. I have stayed in dozens of hotels and been sad as i had used what were obviously insider reviews to make my decision. I will absolutely use TUNE HOTELS here and elsewhere again!! I just hope i will feel same at other locations?? We'll see!!

I travel to Pattaya many times and this was my first time staying at Amari Suites. First off the receptionist was very kind and courteous. They greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. I arrived early and they allowed me to check in early. The hotel is very nice and the room looked just like it did in the pictures on the website. Very clean and the staff did a wonderful job cleaning it every day. The gym and pool area were very nice. I am a gym freak so I used it every day. The hotel location is on a back street....but there is a stand across the street to catch a taxi or motorbike ride. Or you can rent a bike from the hotel. There are two convenient stores around the corner so you can buy what you need there. Over all I was very happy with my stay there and would recommend it to anyone. When I come back to Thailand I will be staying there again.

The lady staff on duty in the morning was really very unhelpful when i requested for assistance. This made the whole experience of staying there quite negative. Wi-fi was also non existent most of the time. If Wi-fi is essential to you, then this hotel is definitely not for you. Location of hotel is good but could be difficult to find. Lots of motorsai/taxi […] drivers would not know where it is even with the name card of the hotel given to them so do factor this in your consideration. Overall my stay at this hotel was pleasant and i would stay there again despite that one unhelpful staff. The rest of the staff was really nice. 3.5stars out of 5 stars. Read more

ziemlich neues, schönes, sauberes Haus; in guter Lage. Im Erdgeschoss kleines Restaurant/Kaffeebar, Speisen u. Getränke kann man auch im Aussenbereich geniessen. Zimmer gross und gut eingerichtet. Es fehlt ein Wasserkocher. Klimaanlage nicht gut einstellbar. Kleiner Balkon mit Sicht auf schöne grosse Bäume.
