The Pan Pacific staff really took incredible care of me during my stay, and I greatly appreciate their service. The property itself is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and the location is very central for doing business in Singapore as well. Overall, one of my very best stays in Singapore. I will definitely return!

This hotel continues to be my favorite place to stay while working in Singapore. The staff continues to give above and beyond customer service, and the hotel appears to be making improvements and upgrades which it needs to do. Will head back for another trip in a few weeks to this hotel.

We booked a deluxe room that comes with 1 single and 1 queen bed. The beds were very comfortable and warming. However, we found a few strands of hair on the bathroom floor upon checking in. The fridge was also quite dirty. As for the service wise, we reached there about 2pm and was told that checking-in is only at 2.30pm and we went to wait at the sofa […] area. However, about 10 mins later, some guests came and were able to check-in and then formed a long q and we end up waited for almost an hour. The hotel staff should be more flexible in this area. As for the breakfast, we would give a minus sign as the food served were cold and not appetizing, only the eggs section was nice. Read more

Disappointed this time on the condition of the room due to bathroom got really wet after bathing and room smells. The location is perfect but not the hotel room. There are many moldy patches on the wall & ceiling, there isn't any shower head in the bathroom. But will definitely come back again because it is so convenient, located just in between the 2 shopping mall.

Located right opposite KSL mall, at 1/2 the price of KSL resort hotel, i think its really value for $ to stay here. Service is so-so, rooms are relatively clean. If you are just looking for a place to rest, this is the best choice.

Very dissapointed read the hotel review before check in but the suite room I stayed very comfortable with the size, cleanliness and looks new. Fridge and bath tub also available toilet size is big. Recommend this hotel but the suite room.
