I have stayed here before, and the hotel is nice. However, the couches in the rooms both times were stained as were the chairs and couches in the lobby area. Simply upholstery cleaning would help. I was overcharged for room service six times, and believe I was charged twice for it on my final bill. I will need to wait for my credit card statement to be sure. The staff is very polite but it would be nice if someone on each shift spoke some English. Daily newspapers and WIFI would also be a plus in the rooms. Nakajima Koen (Park) is beautiful.

Nakamuraya Ryokan is really a good Ryokan to stay in Sapporo. The location is reasonable, about 10 mins walk from JR station. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast provided was fantastic. We have a great Ryokan staying experience with their excellant service!

Nära centralstationen och centrala staden. Vänligt bemötande av personalen. Fint litet spa. Mycket bra boende om man vill ha en smak av traditionellt japanskt boende. Frukosten var en upplevelse!

札幌市中央部にて歴史ある旅館であり希少価値ありです。久々の旅館で子供時代のお風呂上がりのサッパリした布団など気持ち良いものでした。従業員の人たちも気持ちよく対応して頂き朝食もシンプルで品質も良く、機会があればまた行ってみたいと思います。
