This hotel is new and in a great location across the bridge from the old city. I rated the neighborhood with a 3 because there is construction across the water and the area right next to the hotel is a little messy, but it is certainly a safe area. It is quiet and a really easy walk to the old city. Restaurants are nearby. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Very good place to stay.
Location.
Cam Chau Homestay is close to Assembly Hall of the Chaozhou Chinese Congregation, Hoi An Ancient Town, and Quan Cong Temple. Also nearby are Tan Ky House and Japanese Bridge.

"Rustig, comfortabel en super vriendelijk"
To stay at the family in Cam Chau homestay is really nice: friendly, comfortable, value for money. It is rather cheap I think. Het voordeel van homestay is dat je in een huis en in mijn geval + tuin/terras woont en je lekker naar buiten kunt. Non seulement ils n ont soit disant aucune a mon nom alors que tout est paye depuis 2 mois!! mais leur seule proposition fut une chambre dont la salle d eau était a partager avec une famille vietnanmienne. La salle d eau etant apres la salle a manger et la cuisine. trés pratique!!!! mais c est frequent que lés chambres soient relouees au plus offrant […] selon les locaux.
