My husband and I were very pleased with Horizon Pyramids Hotel. We stumbled upon this diamond in the rough after 4 horrific days at the hostel Royal in Cairo (see trio advisor for that review & picture). When the taxi pulled up to the Horizon Pyramids Hotel we were very pleased with the outside appearance; once we entered the hotel we were greeted by the front doors man who directed us to the reception area. We booked online & requested early check in. We were then directed to an sitting area to wait for our room which they said would be ready in 15 mins while waiting for our room a gentleman came with two wine glasses of punch. Before I could finish my punch the bell man informed us our room was ready. The room was small however it was enough for my husband & I. Our room had an balcony with the pyramid view. We ordered room service; not only were they speedy it was also delicious. I found the bathroom quite relaxing after a day of exploring. The deep tub & hot water was very relaxing. My husband and I highly recommend The Horizon Pyramids Hotel in Giza Egypt.

The room was absolutely clean, the staff extremely friendly, the food terrific and the location right off Tahrir Square and the Museum of Antiquity with the subway just across the street. The price is fantastic bargain if you do not mind squeezing yourself into a small room.

Nice hotel, free wifi in lobby, free wired internet in room. 2 Restaurants, Italian place was excellent. Best for a one night stay if your soon heading to the airport to depart. 24-hr shuttle bus to the airport leaving every half hour. Airport is literally 2-3 mins away. I also like the staff since a couple of them greeted/responded to me with some humorous sarcasm (somewhat lost art in Egypt)

The best part of this hotel is the location. It is right opposite to the Pyramids/Sphinx. The Sphinx is about 800 feet from the hotel and the entrance... to the pyramids is just opposite to the hotel. From the roof top, you can get a fantastic view of the pyramids and see the night light show free of cost with a better view. The rooms are clean. The shower height was short and hard for kids to take a shower without a shower handle. Staff are very friendly. The price could be a bit lower to make it a real deal. On arrival to Cairo, we were collected straight from the airport and taken directly to the hotel. This saved us a lot of hassle. Sami and the hotel staff were very welcoming right from the start and went the extra mile to recommend what we should do, where we should eat and how to travel around Cairo. They personally escorted us to everywhere we went […] so we weren't ripped off anywhere. They provided us with a driver who took us to see other sights surrounding Cairo and Giza. The view of the pyramids and light show from the hotel is breathtaking and makes this hotel a must stay for travelers who want affordable accommodation with standard facilities. The free wi-fi and unlimited, free tea, coffee and sheesha were particular highlights! It's difficult to describe how helpful the staff are at this hotel - you'll never have to think of anything! The hotel is based outside the entrance to the Spinx side of the Giza pyramids. You get a nice clean Room with very good WiFi connection. Shared bathroom and no swimming pool, but if your plan is to see the Giza pyramid, than this is a very good inn and value for money.

Best view in Giza. Nice helpful people. Hotel is having indoor construction so dusty and very basic. Good for a couple of nights when you're out and about and just need a bed. Safe and can arrange drivers.

locaton ist "Scenic" gute Preise, sehr professionelle touristische Unterstützugn vom Eigentümer, der auch prompt auf mails antwortet. für schmalen Geldbeutel einwandfrei.Frühstück locale Küche - auch sehr gut. ... airport pick up included... sollte man per mail bestellen.
