Great view, not much around the location though. Staff wasn't very helpful so I moved to another hotel.

Place is fine for one night. Rooms are old, dingy looking, and tons of mainlanders there. Room stunk from smoke. I would rather pay double then stay here

To be honest, I was a little taken aback by the size of the room at first. It's something that I am not used to, especially since this was my first visit to HK. All-in-all, however, the hotel was very clean (I stayed on the 33rd floor) and the staff are very courteous and helpful. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the MTR (walking) and there […] is also a free shuttle that can drop you off at the Shen Wan MTR stop. As far as sights go, you are very close to everything (if you don't mind a walk), or you can use HK's amazing transportation system to go virtually everywhere on the island (and the hotel staff will help you with planning your route). Breakfast is not included, but the prices are reasonable (there are also some places to eat around the hotel). If you'd like, you can walk to HKU (also a 15 minute walk, uphill) and eat at their cafeteria, where the food is ridiculously cheap and good. Read more

Cheap by Hong Kong standards,the rooms are small, but functional. Unsurprisingly, for a new hotel, it scores very highly for cleanliness and the staff are helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel might not allow not afford the best view of the harbour, but is nice enough considering the price tag. One complaint - with only three elevators to service a hotel of around thirty floors, waits for the elevator can get quite long at times. One evening I returned to the hotel at the same time a tour group arrived, and ended up standing in line for 10 minutes waiting to take the (staff) elevator to my 25th floor room. Read more

The rate of this hotel is very reasonable however this is reflect in the size of the room which is quite small. We had twin beds in our room and there is just enough space between the beds and the wall for a man to stand. The space between the beds is about 400 mm. There is about 500 mm between the end of the beds to the wall. Part of space on the apron […] is taken up by a phone and a coffee and tea making tray. There is just enough space for one luggage on the apron of the window. There are two sets of hooks on the wall facing the beds for guests to hang clothes. The bathroom has just a shower and no bathtub. There are no adjoining rooms at this hotel. A McDonald restaurant and many local eateries are located nearby. We really enjoyed the meals of the ramen shop nearby. Buses going direct to many places are also nearby. Alternative it is only a short tram ride to Central. The only minor complaint I have staying at this hotel is that it caters for large tour groups from China and it can slows down the lifts at peak hours. The washroom is so small that you cannot even have enough room to sit on the toilet.Your knees would touch the bathtub.They have to put the sink outside next to the door and have no shelves to put your shaver,or anything at all.There is no closet to hang anything.not enough plugs to plug your laptop or anything ,only 2 plugs for the whole room. you […] feel like you are in a jail cell. As experienced international travellers we have experienced small rooms before but this hotel took the concept to a new dimension: No cupboards or drawers No hanging space No reading lights by the bed so reading in bed was impossible A toilet that could only be used by straddling it - zero leg rooom The space between the bath and the wall was 6 inches […] so you could not step into it or out of it. We complained and wer given another room which was better - the bath had been removed entirely and there was an accessible shower. Einzelbetten sind mit knappen 1,8 m zu kurz, zum Glück gab es aber die möglichkeit auf Kingsize upzugraden. (Kingsize Bett ca 1,8 x 1,6 m, man kann also als großer Mensch gut quer liegen. 這酒店提供一項對我來說算很特別的服務，因為電梯容量小且數量少，所以有三、四個工作人員在指揮房客搭電梯，就像在搭地鐵一樣很不舒服，工作人員拼命將房客往電梯裡塞，實在很離譜，每次搭電梯都要排隊。此外，房間小到沒有固定的書桌跟椅子，只能將睡床當椅子使用，除非日後價格特別便宜，不然我會選擇別家酒店。
