When we moved to the larger suite, we really felt the difference. All the rooms are very clean and the staff was very helpful. The area is more tuned towards business so the only close by fun was the Mall which is about 10 mim by walking .

We stayed at the Exchange Regency for one night. The hotel was so new that the taxi cabs didn't know where it was. However, the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was also near a huge mall so we went there for massages and dinner. Score.

Other than a little hard to find, no complaints at all for the hotel. The views were awesome! The breakfast on the otherhand SUCKED! Its better to skip the included breakfast and find another place to eat.

Enjoyed my stay. Thinking of coming back. My next destination was BSA twin towers. Very poor customer service. Front desk they are so mean.... Housekeeping very slow. I asked for extra blanket it took 1hr and 10 mins to come, i need to call them 4 x before they bringthe blanket plus maintenance is too poor service. The Hotel is great at first glance, even look like brand new. However, no AC in the lobby, lift and corridor. Worst, in the room, only a very noisy Window AC. Very disapointing with regard the standard the hotel wanna show. Otherwise, aside of the AC, all is great.

Location was ideal for me easy walking distance to the places I wanted to go in Ortigas. Free, secure wifi in room was great. Staff very helpful. Now the negatives this is a new hotel so I shouldn't have to request new sheets on arrival. The sheets were clean but had black stains on them which were off putting. Quite a lot of construction noise during […] the day due to hammering within building and construction in neighbouring lot. Admittedly there is a lot of construction in Ortigas. Room small but adequate. Big problem is the bathroom, the design is terrible. If you are small and reasonably thin like me you can climb over the toilet to shut the door to get into the shower but any larger person would find it impossible. Bathroom only has a shower no bath tub which is OK and room extremely small but door design makes it unworkable. Hotel has to fix this or it will have no customers. Also finishing is poor on floors so I think it will look shabby very quickly. Read more

Sov 2 nätter på hotellet. När jag bodde där var det en byggarbetsplats på tomten bredvid så det drog ner lite på betyget. Rummet kanske i det minsta laget men kvalitén på det var bra. Personalen behjälplig 24/7 vilket uppskattades när min reseadapter till eluttaget inte fungerade. Fick låna en gratis.

니노이아키노공항에서 호텔까지 택시를 타면 670페소가 나온다 호텔이 Pasig에 위치해서 공항에서도 멀고, 유흥지구인 말라테나 리잘파크, 마닐라베이까지도 좀 멀다...내 생각에 pasig이나 퀘존정도에서 놀 생각이면 이 호텔이 적격이지만, 여느 유명한 관광지나 유흥지구를 갈 예정이라면 말라테에 있는 호텔을 잡는 것이 좋다! 어쨌든, 익스체인지리젠시호텔은 좋다^^

Bra hotell till sitt pris.En aningen för lyhört när det var fest en natt på olika hotellrum. Bra städning. Frukosten var sådär, finns bättre alternativ om man är kräsna som vi. Hade önskat att det fanns roomservice. Ligger ca 5 minuter ifrån Megamall med taxi.
