The Pan Pacific staff really took incredible care of me during my stay, and I greatly appreciate their service. The property itself is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and the location is very central for doing business in Singapore as well. Overall, one of my very best stays in Singapore. I will definitely return!

This hotel continues to be my favorite place to stay while working in Singapore. The staff continues to give above and beyond customer service, and the hotel appears to be making improvements and upgrades which it needs to do. Will head back for another trip in a few weeks to this hotel.

Book for two adults and one child however were only given two breakfast vouchers daily. Upon insisting for another the staff obliged. Many food around the hotel, so meals are of no concern. Cleanliness is not too much of an issue however the hot water thats suppose to be hot is not hot at all. It is just warm. Overall stay quite satisfied.

部屋はすべてリノベーションされていて綺麗で、とても広くて良いのですが、何かが足りないという感じで落ち着いて部屋にいたいという感じではなかったです。部屋にセーフティーボックスがない。テレビが小さく日本語放送がないため、英語のスポーツ番組くらいしか見るものがなかった。(これが一番つらいかも) インド系、中国系、マレー系の団体さんがおもで、日本人はゼロでした。日本人を相手にしている感じではありませんでした。価格、広さ、綺麗さで選べば、英語さえできれば便利な場所ではあります。徒歩１５分ほどで、ふる里という日本人オーナーの本格的日本料理店もあります。隣のディスコの隣は、人気のタイ料理店、その隣は本格的タイマッサージ店で価格も安くお薦めです。
