We did not get the chalet allocated to us on the confirmation letter. We paid more than quoted. We had to pay to a Paris bank in dollar, it meant that we had to pay bank costs for the transfer aswell. My 70 years old had to climb steps for about a hundred meters with our luggage. The kitchen is very run down and the utensils was dirty, I had to clean […] them before I could use it, the grease was on everything espesially the stove, the pots insides was brown of dirt and I had to clean them.The old fridge is broken and the other fridge was placed in front of it and it was difficult to use the kitchen basin. The basin is an old unit the stove and fridge is part of it and does not work any more as it is very old and worn, the new stove, a 2 plate hot plate was just placed on top of the old stove in the unit. You advertise save parking but everywhere there are notices to lock up your car and remove all valuables as you leave anything at your own risk as it is not save. The cabin is far from the parking you will not year if somebody break into the car. There is no mirrow in the bathroom except a mirrior places next to the bath, a man can not shave! The area is nice but it is very difficult to get to the resort with a car, you have to drive about 7 kilometers on a gravel road. People need to know that they have to take all foods and drinks as there is no facillity on the property to buy anything and no meals are served as there is no restaurant. Read more
