      The good thing about this hotel is rates are rock bottom by Japanese standards. They provide a hot breakfast in the morning, though if you are vegetarian like me, you will be happy to enjoy toast, veggie salad, soup and juice. Free Wifi in the lobby was great when it worked. Sadly, the second night and morning I was there, the wifi wasn't working, and no one seemed to know how to get it up again. This inconvenience was made small because I could use the internet in the subway for free. My room, though cozy, was comfortable to sleep in, even without a heater. I just used the comforter and enjoyed my sleep. The refrigerator was useful, and being just a 5-7 minute walk from the subway, location was great. I think I would stay at this hotel again if I ever go back to Fukuoka because of price and location.

      I would recommend this hotel to those who want to experience hot spring in the hotel. A convenience store is just below the hotel. Next to the hotel also a shop selling a very delicious chicken.

    I stayed 2 nights. 4 Bus stops away from Hakata station(100yen). Hotel room is clean, but bed is small(semi- double) and room is small. Except it,... Everything was satisfied.     Staff very pleasant and helpful, handy cheap curry restaurant next door, nearest subway approx 6 min walk. Free breakfast just about passable, the pastries seemed to be rather burnt...think they were bought on cheap from bakery as seconds !!

    はじめの入室時は、微妙にタバコ臭さを感じましたが（禁煙ルーム）、部屋にリセッシュが常備してあり次第に気にならなくなりました。この暑い時期、入室するとモワっとした熱気が部屋にこもってることも、臭気を感じる原因かと思われます。 ですが、とても快適に２日間を過ごすことができました。とてもコストパフォーマンスの高いホテルです。 ありがとうございました。

    ロケーションはとても良いと思いました。 天神や中洲にも歩ける距離です。 フロントのスタッフは情報知識が少し足りないかなと思いました。 朝食はまあまあでしたが、焼きたてのパンがおいしく、スタッフも応対がとても良かったです。 連泊だったので、パンだけを食べに行ったりしました。 建物全体に少々清潔感が足りないかなとも感じましたが、あまり他のビジネスホテル宿泊の経験がないので、フェアではないかもしれません。
