My only complaint was there was only one pillow on each bed which was very thin. Also the temperature was set very high but at least the window could be opened.

The hotel was recently refurbished, everything was clean and new. The room was very small, no place for luggage. The underground was noicy going straight under the hotel.

When we stayed, this hotel was overrun with drunken guests. They were shouting in the corridors until 3am and a fight broke out at one stage. Then, in the morning, one of their number was late getting up for a flight, so they started banging on his door and shouting from 6am through to 8am. Net result was no sleep - the rooms are not soundproofed at […] all. There was also smoking in the corridors, so the place stank. No phones in the rooms, so impossible to complain without having to go out and confront the drunks. To top it all, they wanted £2 per bag to leave them for a couple of hours after check-out. Rooms are tiny (it's a 'pod hotel'), but clean. You seem to have to pay extra for towels too. Pay more and go to one of the nicer places on the same road. Read more

stayed there from jan3-jan6, 2013. the room size is perfect for a pair of couples, not suitable for family. room is clean and tidy. however, room service only comes once in 3 days. it is a budget hotel, nothing too fancy.

The small bare room reminded me of a prison cell with a tiny window and plastic floor. Any sounds made in the sparse toilet were clearly audible in the room. We stayed here in between a theartre visit & a very early start for a coach trip the next day. The reception staff were great & booked us a cab, which was bang on time, to pick up at 4:30 am to get us to the coach collection point. The coffee shop was open to grab a quick drink & snack (unlike the suposedly 24 hour tesco over the road that closed at […] 11:00 pm). Everything was new, clean and well thought out if a little snug. Booking through hotels.com meant we did not have to pay for TV or towels (which were huge & fluffy) and the complimentary soap was very nice. Its a brilliant dormitory, I wouldn't want to spend a long time in the room. Would defintely stay here again or try others in the chain and recommend it to anyone who needs to stay near paddington. Its only a 10 minute walk to the circle line at Lancaster gate too so good for getting in to central London. (Took us under 30 mins to get to the theatre at Shaftesbury Ave) Read more

Very new, comfy hotel. Good reception. Obviously we missed the line stating checking in is from 3 pm onwards.... They will keep your luggage if you pay. Only minus: we were at the 1st floor roadsite which was rather noisy.. But next time we'll be in London (next year probably) we'll consider going back!!

This is a fantastic hotel. Good location, close to two underground stations and directly across the road from a 24hr mini mart. The room is small, but that is normal for London. If you book through expedia all the "add-ons" are included, (Towel, Internet, TV, hair dryer etc)

We had a couple of hours to kill and asked if we could leave our bags while we went for a walk. We were charged 6 pounds to store our 3 bags for two hours in a storage room behind the counter. If all you want is a clean, comfortable room for the night, then this is an ideal choice. The room was very small, so not suitable for a couple to 'chill out', and watch TV whilst having a drink. But if you don't intend spending much time in your room I would recommend this hotel brand.

Well, if you knew what you are looking for, this hotel can be very pleasing. It has fabulous location in zone one, 5mins walking distance to the Paddington train and underground station. Tesco, bars and restaurants are all in a few mins range. The room is tiny (not even small, to be honest) and it unfortunately has a underground line passing underneath. […] So if you consider yourself as a very sensitive person, it may not be your best option. Although I didn't find it had bothered me at all. I slept pretty well. And the hotel is pretty new so everything is in quite good conditions. The room is very clean too. One thing that you need to know is as a "cheap" accommodation, you have to pay for a lot of thing such as towels and soap. I had bought a "comfort package" which includes those all. If my memory is correct, it's 1 pound for the towel, 10 pounds for WI-FI for 24 hours and 3 pounds for luggage storage. Just be prepared for some extra expenses. If you are only staying one or two nights and thinking spend most of the time outside the room, I would recommend this hotel. Read more

Never stayed here before but was quite good. Small room but clean and tidy. Tune hotels seem to be a bit like Ryanair but friendlier. Pretty much everything is an optional extra. Because I booked via Expedia, some of these things, like towels for each day, use of a hairdryer, etc. were included. I can understand what they're trying to do; give people […] a good, minimal service for the best price. I can't compare them price-wise because I stayed there during the Olympics, so hotel prices were not typical. When I say "minimal", I think they've taken that to an extreme. There wasn't even a pen and paper. Also, I don't think having a kettle with a few cups and teabags would be too much. There is no breakfast at all so be prepared to go to Tesco, M&S or a cafe. :) It's very well located for Edgware Road tube station and there are plenty of shops. Me and my girlfriend stayed here for one night at the end of june and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It is located only a short walk from Paddington station so we were able to drop our bags off and then go off into London for the day. The room was clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. Brilliant budget hotel my only Negative comment was that the bed was very firm which I found difficult to sleep on but my partner slept fine on it. El hotel esta bien ubicado, cercano a estación de metro céntrica. Lo malo es que el Check-in es muy tarde y ademas cobran por cuidar las maletas. Por ultimo no hacen haceo durante tu estancia. Finalmente hay internet pero es muy lento y sólo te dan acceso para un equipo, si quieres una adicional te cobran.
