We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite. Da die Straße sehr stark befahren ist und die Fenster nicht schalldicht sind war es selbst nachts oft laut. Sonst ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. The hotel is beautiful and the staff, especially the girl with glasses is very helpful and friendly. They could answer all of our questions and there was a few guidebooks you could borrow in the reception. The hotel lobby closes at 8 in the night though. Didnt mean anything for us. The hotel is safe and there is a supermarket close by on the same street. […] The room was very clean and quite big. You get breakfast coupons for a coffee shop down the street and on our last day we got a small breakfast basket delivered to our room due to our early checkout. Very nice indeed. The only downside of this hotel is that you need to walk for like 10-15 min to find a good place to eat and to get more central. This didnt bother us. We also liked that this area wasnt full of tourists and tourist traps. If we went to Florence we would stay there again. Read more

Nuestra estancia fue agradable, pero el hotel tiene algunos inconvenientes como los zancudos y la escasa aislacion acustica de las habitaciones. El personal de recepcion fue muy muy gentil y les estamos muy agradecidos. Hablan espanol.
