Good value for money in central location. Room was quite small but perfectly good as a base to explore the city.

This is a young couple doing their best to make a go of it. Our room was clearly the last to be let and was not really suitable - a glass door between us and their accommodation and no independent window. Breakfast was cheerful and well stocked.

Poor service, only ever saw the owner for a fleeting moment, poor breakfast service, its DIY and definetly not a continental breakfast as advertised nor elike cereal and toast. Whole premises looking tired, shared bathroom, very loud, didnt enjoy the stay.

This B&B was close to the railway station but on a quiet road. The room was pleasant and warmly furnished. However, this is a charming private house with rooms to let, rather than a guest house with properly insulated walls, and I could hear another guest loudly being sick for much of the night. The bedroom was clean with a good assortment of teas and […] biscuits, but the bathroom still had the used-up showe gel carton etc. from a pervious guest. The owner was flexible about check in and check out times but somewhat aloof. I am OK with no cooked breakfast being provided (this is clearly the policy), but healthier options at breakfast (muesli, fresh bread, maybe wholewheat bread etc.,) would have been appreciated. Altogether OK for one night's stopover when I was mostly out with friends/family, but Norwich is well supplied with B&Bs conveniently located and with excellent breakfasts. Read more

The room was very small but perfectly adequate. I didn't mind sharing a bathroom for one night . I was able to leave my car on the road for the day so had no worries about parking and the station is literally around the corner. Very nice do it yourself breakfast.

We chose this b&b as it was within walking distance to the shops/centre (10 minutes). The b&b was £55 for a double room with a seperate bathroom which is a few steps across the corridor. The private bathroom is very small indeed with just a toilet with a shower cubicle opposite (you can touch the cubile when on the toilet so is very compact). This was […] a slight disappointment but considering we were only staying one night and the price paid for the room it was ok). The breakfast was help yourself and was orange juice (this was off and was changed when asked for fresh) water, milk cereal, bread to make toast a few pastries and a saucer with ham & cheese in the fridge. B&B is convenient for the centre and for the price ok. You do get a parking permit for your stay which was handy. Check out is quite early (10am) so we had to then move our car so we could have a walk into town again. This was ok as on a Sunday there is street parking that is free. Would consider returning for an overnight stay in the future but would probably try the en suite doubke room if available. The area is quite and the staff friendly so all in all good basic accomodation for an overnight stay. Read more

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room had all the amenities you would want including Internet access and was comfortable, a bit like being at my old family home.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. it was clean. exactly what you expect for this type of B&B. I would happily use this place again. It was also very reasonably priced. I did hear a little noise from the street during the night, but this is more to do with the hotels location and the fact it was a saturday night, it was therefore […] to be expected.
