it would have been a perfect 5 but the bed was very very hard. I liked the layout of the room very much. parking is very very pricey. much more than we thought. 20 quid. floors are not carpeting. nice laminate. I liked the decor very much and thought the desk area was very efficient. I would stay again but for the hard bed

Front desk was so helpful in making sure I was connected with a cab to Luton airport which was only a mile away. Very convenient and friendly.

This is a good pub (good real ale) spoilt by trying to be an hotel. Breakfast was a fiasco. Room walls very thin - a one hour phone call from the next room to Poland(?) at 11 pm was not appreciated. Full of 'white van men', but room reasonably apppointed.

the family room was most adequate--initially when we checked in we were given a 2-bed room, but we quickly reminded the host that--along with the printed confirmation--we'd booked a 3 bed room, we were moved. the 3rd bed was barely adequate, a pull-away cot for my 19-year old 6' son, however, it was cosy and the location was perfect for us. The room […] was situated immediately outside the parking area, so we were surprised that it wasn't noisier. All-in-all, it was good value for money, and because we were on holiday, we didn't get overly upset that the toilet only flushed on alternate attempts to do so, and that the shower's hot water hose had to be dropped in to the bathtub and allowed to run, before putting it back in its proper position, in rder to have a hot shower. Relief manager in very helpful, no hot water when we arrived ? unusual as all the rooms where taken. Food was excellent,manager did buy us a drink to compensate us for not being able to take a shower, water hot the next morning. Also very noisey during the night
