      We stayed for one night to run the Hyannis Marathon. The hotel is basic, clean and inexpensive. Perfect for a one night stop over. The staff were lovely, super helpful and friendly, both when I had to call ahead with questions and during our stay. It was a bit tricky to control the heat. If we turned the heat on it got very hot very quickly and then we had to turn it off and let it get cool again before starting the process again :-) Overall, good value and we would stay again. Thank you so very much to the desk staff who allowed us to check out a little late because we were freezing cold and soaked through after the marathon - very much appreciated :-)

      We all loved the outdoor heated pool!! Didn't even realize they had one until we got there. Very clean rooms and everything you need right at the Hotel. The kids loved the arcade and live animal show they had on Saturday night. Hotel was convienent to stay in for the Hyannis Half Marathon!

      I was here for a curling (not golf) event. The room could use a face lift. It's age is showing. But it was clean, comfortable and convenient. I would return.

    It felt like home in this B&B filled with precious antiques, meaning I didn't feel like I was in a museum, but rather a guest at a close friend's house. Sarah is a most warm and welcoming B&B host who ensures all her guests' needs are met including a basket of personal items in the library such as toothpaste and bandaids in case you'd forgotten something. […] I loved the hydrangea cuttings throughout the house and the classical music played in the morning as I took some tea. The (gluten-free) breakfasts were creative and scrumptious! I enjoyed my stay so much that I'll be returning again in August with my two teen and older kids! Picture is of the carriage house where my kids and I will be staying. Sarah said that it was just refurbished, has the only king-size bed, a comfy futon, kitchenette and new flat screen TV. Read more
