Walking distance close to all the day and nite action. Very lovely hotel in a historic building nicely modernized.excellent breakfast included. Very charming town. Worth the stop over from Buenos Aires.

Location great a half block off Gran Flores ave, to the left a half block great shopping and to the right 4-5 blocks the barrio .. the best bed i have slept in years maybe better than the one i have at home... a good breakfast.. good space in the room great AC.. would go back to it in a minute

Outside of hotel was nice but rooms were not vey clean. Hair in drain, stained carpet and dark. More like a hostel. But, the pool was nice and location great.

Cons: Room was small (not a Queen bed as expected), there was a musty odor, furniture was old, TV was small, no one available to help with luggage, front desk clerk was not very friendly. Having said all this, room was very expensive. There are better options for the same price. Pros: Great Location.

this is a great posada / B&B-type establishment in the heart of Old Town Colonia. You can walk to all the scenic spots and restaurants. The hotel had a free tour at 5pm the day we arrived, and the guide walked us through the entire town in about an hour. If you want to see the beaches, there is a Thrifty around the corner that rents bikes, golf carts […] and other harmless toys to get you around. We only stayed one night, as thats all it takes to see this pretty little town. Read more

Very nice posada with swimming pool. Rooms are not that big but the bathrooms are. I had to check out at 11 am though my boat back to Buenos Aires was not until late in the evening. Localizado no centro historico de Colonia, com instalações aconchegantes, simples e limpas. Ponto negativo para um leve cheiro de úmido no quarto (principalmente nos armarios). O staff foi simpatico ao oferecer para deixarmos as malas guardadas apos o check-out, e deixou os serviços do hotel à nossa disposição. O café da manhã é muito bem servido.
