This was a great stay. The room was huge and comfortable with a nice canopy bed, plenty of storage, and a nice TV. View was amazing as we could see the ocean from our 3rd floor room. The bathroom was very large with a giant tub that easily fit 2. The shower was lovely and a nice size, though the water pressure could of been a bit better. The location of this hotel was perfect. We came in at Edinburgh Waverly and several buses (5, 44, 113, 24X) all stop RIGHT in front of the hotel. There is an ASDA (walmart super store) with a wonderful breakfast cafe about 10 minutes walk. Porto Bella is about 15 minutes away which is a gorgeous little beach front area with an amazing cafe in the swim center that makes homemade food. The bus will get you into Edinburgh in about 30-45 minutes. Edinburgh castle, Arthur's seat, the Parliament, etc is all there. One of the best hotels I have stayed in at a great price. The Bistro, Bar and Restaurant downstairs were good but very expensive.

Very clean with excellent staff. Free breakfast was generous and tasty. About a 10 minute walk from Prince's Street. Great place for the money. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks Hotels.Com.

Fantastic location, and lovely apartment overlooking the royal mile. Great to hear bagpipes in the morning. Even the 61 steps to the apartment were fine.... Only drawback was the shower. At 5ft 8ins, my head was touching the ceiling when I stood in the bath for a shower. The bedroom was a bit dusty but otherwise everywhere was immaculate. i'll go back. Great location at the top of Edinburgh's historic Royal Mile, yards from the castle let down by superficial modernisation of an old flat. Biggest problem was noise from the cold water tank which went in all night. But other problems with the modernisation were quickly apparent. Such as a toilet seat which didn't fit. the apartment was fantastic, clean rooms, quiet spot but close to EVERYTHING. all tourist spots were less than a 10 minute walk, literally. Fantastic value, particularly for a weekend stay.

We got a great deal with them for a mid week stay. Our location couldn't have been better for the old town. Rooms were very clean, and a very spacious bedroom. Only tiny issue was the double bed was two single beds pushed together. Would definatly stay again, recommend to all!

Great value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Greeted and bags carried up to apartment in rain. Clean tidy apartment. Great location on royal mile. Only negative was staircase which wasnt a problem for us but if anyone has any mobility difficulties wouldnt suggest. would definately go back and would definately suggest to friends dx x x

På forhånd raskt svar på mail og positivt inntrykk. Forhåndsbestilt og betalt transport møtte ikke opp, måtte ta flere telefoner hvor de skyldte på hverandre og måtte vente nesten 2 timer. Ved ankomst leilighet var avtalt boks plassering av nøkkel tom... Veldig mye styr og mer venting for å få utlevert nøkkel. Under oppholdet var det ingen skift og […] håndklær eller renhold. Vi var meget glade for lejligheden og især den centrale pacering lige ved Royal Mile. Selve lejligheden var rigtig fin, selvom selve bygningen (indgang, gangarealer mv.) trænger til en kærlig hånd.

Gledelig overrasket, stor leilighet til prisen av lite rom. Skikkelig nyoppusset og rene rom. Rent bestikk,vifter og kjøleskap m.m. Resepsjonen var stengt da vi ankom. Ringte vakttlf. og etter 10 min. kom resepsjonisten , tok bagasjen vår og førte oss til leiligheten midt i High Street med alle fasiliteter et steinkast unna
