The room was nice, food had limited options but was good otherwise. Service of hotel staff was good. Live Music was very good.

Overall the stay in this hotel was good. There are some things that they should improve, for instance, the Wi-Fi signal did´t reach to our room, breakfast was pretty bad but for the rest it was a very decent hotel and good value for money. It´s walking distance from the old town of Panaji and they have a travel desk that can arrange different activities in in-land Goa. It is a very good option to use it as a base of exploration for Old Goa and Central Goa.

The Hacienda was a great place to stay for a few days while in Goa. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and very nicely kept property overall. The only thing I'd change about it is the location - it's not that close to the beach. Luckily we had a car and driver for the day, and taxis are easy to secure, but there's no walking to the beach or any of the nicer restaurants clubs. Either way, the Hacienda is a great value and I'd definitely consider another stay again.

A very decent hotel. though a bit secluded from the beaches but beaches are pretty accessible from the same A very calm and pleasant environment with an excellent view of the lake and pool from the rooms makes it even more appealing the food is very good we had tried \only the vegetarian food which was good

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt and it was just perfect with great customer service and extremely friendly staff! We will surely be back!!!

"not meant for business travellers"
First after booking for the website, the hotel does not accept the guest to check in if he is staying for one night and thats a scary thing, you cannot find a hotel at the last minute. After a lot of request, finally I got to check in, but the manager there somebody called d'souza says to that he won't allow if you come to stay again for 1 night. The […] other rooms were ok, but the second set back was the breakfast. They say buffet breakfast Included, but there is no food items to choose from, apart from a single food dish served with a tea and possibly with Bread toast. Overall a BAD experience. "Hotel was not maintained"
I was not at all pleased with the hotel. The walls in my room had moulds. And the manager refused to change rooms as he didn't have any other available. The hotel is marked as a 3-star - but its not even a 1-star. And - breakfast is only served from 8 to 9:30 AM.. lame time for Goa. this hotel is located in a very remote street of calangute; thus very hard to find. the room size was pretty small, but good enough for passing night. the air conditioner was leaking water inside the room, the management took one day to fix it. bathrooms were pretty clean as shown on the website. the bath fittings were very worn out so that was fixed […] by using a tape. breakfast was always awesome and staff very helpful. "Not so great hotel"
The hotel is located in a very interior place. Very difficult to find the place. Rooms are very clumbsy and not comfortable, since we hardly spent anytime at the hotel it is fine.
