The location is perfect, right across the street from the Valporetto (the water bus). Eugenio, the concierge is the best I have experienced in any hotel in any country. He went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. Coffee and tea any time of day, letting me use the hotel computer (several times), arranging a free motorboat ride to the glass works in Murano,marking a map with the number of the valporetto to take (including the times for when we had to leave early to get to the airport, and just being one of the nicest people I have ever met! The room was spacious and immaculate with three windows, one overlooking the Grand Canal. The bathroom was spotless and well lit, even had a towel warmer for the towels, the heating control was well appreciated since it snowed the day we arrived! With the Valporetto station just across the street it is easy to get anywhere in Venice. About 20 minutes from the bus station at Pont Roma on the 5.1 to the hotel. Or take the line 1 and cruise down the Grand Canal on the way to the hotel. I love Lido since one doesn't have to cross bridges or walk a long way to the hotel and there are many restaurant choices within a 2 block area.

Very nice stay at this hotel for 1 night. Everything was perfect (beds/food/hygiene). It is a family business and except of the daughter no one else speaks English and that is a little bit tricky for the communication.

After a long, exhausting drive and many a wrong turn, we eventually stumbled upon this little gem of a hotel. Its slightly outside the city so you definitely need good directional skills or a sat nav to find it. But once you do, it doesn't disapoint. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and it has a real family feel. We arrived extremely hungry […] and thirsty, and immediately the girl at reception ushered us through to the pizza restaurant next door where they made a fresh homebaked pizza for us, which was a bargain at 8 euros, and there are about 40 different choices! It was amazing, washed down with a nice, cold beer. the hotel itself was homely, and the room was big and clean. the shower in the bathroom was excellent and free wifi was a bonus (although it was a bit slow). Free parking directly outside, and next to a petrol station too. There's a local supermarket across the road, and we found it amusing to watch all the local elderly people getting their weekly shop. Das Hotel Agli Olmi ist ein kleines preiswertes Hotel in Olmi, von hier aus hat man eine sehr verkehrsgünstige Lage um z.B mit dem Auto nach Venedig, Treviso oder andere Orte zu gelangen. Leider konnte niemand in dem Hotel englisch sprechen, eine Google Übersetzungsapp konnte hier aber weiterhelfen! Trotzdem hat sich der Hotelier und seine Angestellten […] sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben um den Aufenthalt so erholsam wie möglich zu machen, ganz toller Service, alle Menschen dort sind überaus nett!!! Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können, aber im Preis-Leistugsverhaeltnis sehr angebrachter Preis! Es handelt sich hier Nicht um ein Hotel in dem man den ganzen Tag verbringen moechte, fuer Übernachtungen jedoch sehr angebracht! Nochmal muss ich den tollen Service loben, der hier geboten wird (zB. Bot sich der Hotelier gegen eine kleine Summe an Silvester unser Taxi zu spielen!!!) mit diesem netten Service und dieser Freundlichkeit fahren wir immer wieder gerne ins Hotel Agli Olmi. Read more

Hotel is wel aardig , het plaatsje is klein en heet Olmi en niet zoals aangegeven in de gegevens. Weinig te doen in het dorpje, wel erg grote supermarkten aan het eind van het dorp. Ligt gunstig voor bezoek met trein naar Venetie via Treviso ( 8 km ) . Doen : kost 5,50 E. pp. retour !! Nadeel is de weg SS53 , een drukke doorlopende weg , vlak langs […] het hotel. Ondanks de isolatie en rolluik blijf je dat verkeer horen. Ontbijt is redelijk . Balkon aan de voorkant met tuinstoeltjes. Bar en restaurant erbij is in dit dorp wel handig ( veel meer is er niet ) en het leeft: veel locals lopen in en uit. Restaurant is veelal op pizza en pasta gericht en weinig op iets anders. En effet c'est un 2 etoiles, je ne sais pas pouquoi il n'est pas precise sur expedia... -: hotel legerement vieillissant, moquette tachee et defraichi, salle d'eau tres petite et pas tres pratique: on se douche limite sur les toilettes, hotel bruyant, on a entendu tous les bruits de l'exterieur. +: la clim.

Billig overnatning inkl morgenmad, daglig rengøring og rene håndklæder. Af personalet taler kun en lidt engelsk men de er alligevel meget hjælpsomme. Kan anbefales selvom byen er lidt på landet men på under 30 - 50 minutter kan man komme til seværdigheder.
