We enjoyed this place and the staff was very attentive. Breakfast was included and was very satisfactory. Location is great a walking distance from the Taj Mahal enterance

More of a business hotel than a family one, but a solid 4 star. Not a 5 ranking, bc restaurant is a only ok, and a few small things like poor english with staff, and not irons in rooms.

The apartment rooms are ok, but pricey I find. The female receptionist was fantastic and helpful while the males that worked the evening shift were pretty much useless, which made things difficult sometimes to coordinate taxis and such. Well located near Chowpatty beach.

The hotel is clean and very close to the Taj Mahal ticket booth. Staff was very friendly. The room is nice and big but has a faint smell of sewer. Probably the city is to blame rather than the hotel because that's how Agra generally smells. Included breakfast which was nice and the pool was also a welcome break from the scorching heat. We hired a car […] to take us to Jaipur at the hotel's lobby travel desk and the driver was falling asleep on the way. Make sure to ask for a driver who's had proper sleep if using those guys. Hotel roomy, quiet and comfortable. Staff very friendly and breakfast excellent. Free WiFi which was excellent. Like many hotels in India, finish not up to western standards but very good hotel. Area ideal for Taj Mahal, only 10mins walk and easy to find and safe area. We did try the restaurant for dinner one night and prices as much if not more than […] the best restaurant according to the hotel and locals in Agra. We dined there the night before- pinch of spices. However the hotels food was good but not exceptional, lacked the flavour and chicken quality was not as great as we had expected and for the price not worth it. Shared comments with mgr and that if they want to be rated well for 12mth old restaurant, best start little lower on price and will get more uptake and focus on quality if they want to be rated the same as best restaurant in town. Above all though hotel is great venue and good value given Taj adds to every hotel cost in Agra. Read more

We only stayed here for 1 night, just in town to visit the Taj Mahal. It was usually cold for India, but the furnace in our room worked very well, so we were happy about that. The staff was very friendly. Clean, comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was okay, we've had worse, but also had better. Our only complaint was our door lock didn't always […] work. And once we returned to our room to find the door unlocked after we had left it locked. Nothing seemed to be missing or out of place, but it just weirded us out. Read more

L'hotel è in una zona tranquilla di Agra, non vale più di tre stelle e va bene per una, due notti. Senza lode ne infamia. La colazione è scarsa sia nella qualità che nella scelta del cibo.
