I would happily stay at this hotel again. Very cheap in relation to other hotels and quality employees that will bend over backwards for you.

Room is decent and value for money. Quite a distance from Macau City (about 15 mins to Macau City) but convenient in that you can take the public bus just outside the hotel to town, even as Taxis are cheap and easy to get, another way is to take the free shuttle to the ferry terminal then hop on any of the free hotel shuttle to town or Cotai strip. If you are coming from Hong Kong, take the Turbojet, and ask where the free hotel shuttle buses are. When you come out from the escalator, turn right as there is a long queue of different hotels offering free shuttle, that stretches from left to right. The big casino hotels are on the left and the smaller ones like Grandview are on the right. The hotel bus is clearly marked and comes about every 30 minutes. The bus that picked us up from Macau Ferry Terminal did go round to Cotai Ferry Point but they didn't really wait and I didn't see any sign there for the hotel bus pickup point, and the hotel says if we were to depart from Cotai Ferry Point we had to make prior booking whilst if with Turbojet, they have a regular 15 mins shuttle to and back. The HKG to MOP exchange is almost 1:1 at the currency exchanges so you don't really need to change to MOP.

The location was excellent and clean. Very basic, typical hard beds and a bit cold when we were there (there was A/C but not heat--at least not that we could figure out). Also provided toothbrushes, which was nice. We opted to have breakfast at one of the casinos across the road. It was steps away from the old town center and near bus corridors without being noisy. Staff was helpful, spoke some English and offered to store our luggage the last day.

I couldn't be more satisfied. It is across the very small street of a very small airport (Macau International). I was allowed to check out at 1:30PM, and they offer free storage. They were also very friendly and spoke fluent English. You can go to the airport across the street and take a free casino shuttle to any casino on Cotai or on Macau Peninsula. They also offer shuttle services back until midnight, but in case you are partying late, the cab ride is about under ten bucks. Excellent place to stay.

Pretty happy with this hotel except for the location. Although it is quiet...it's at least a 10 minute walk to the heart of Macau.

"Wow wow wow"

After returning home, I was asked whether I was given $200 voucher which I never knew about. Seems that hotel guests are given viuchers ipon check-in. No idea how right this info is. I also realized that because i booked my room online, I don't get any perks. No breakfast, no free ferry ticket to hongkong. No one gave me any info. It was only when I […] was at the counter to book ferry tickets to hkg that the concerned ticketing lady told me that I should have free tickets since I am a hotel guest at Sheraton. When I checked with the check -in counter, I was told I m not entitled. Why the discrepancy? I don't find the online room charges any special when I hear people being offered free rooms on the spot. "Great stay but could improve more in service area"
We went on a short trip with another family. We used to stay at Venetian but decided to stay here because it just opened. Everything was great. We were offered refreshments and other welcome greetings while checking in. The kids were excited as well. However, they could still improve in the service area. I had to call about 4 times to get an additional […] duvet for my son. We had a bunk bed but the mattress was so hard we asked for a mattress pad if available (they did not). It took a lot of patience/waiting and constant repetition of our situation to every different operator whom I was connected to every time I called to ask for status report (since I didn't get any after every call).
