I really enjoyed everything other than the hotel did not have change for 500 pesos, so I did not have change for tips? Really surprising considering they do currency exchange at the hotel.

The front desk crew were not that so accomodating,i've always stayed in this Sogo hotel( if u want to check it,i checked in for so consecutive years) but still they dont know their regular guests/client.very poor in familiarization,these regards to the front office staff,i see same staff for so many years(i even see them pregnant) but still they lack […] of warm welcoming their guests,they just do their job but they dont do it with their best for the company's interest.that makes them poor with their staff,too bad......shud concntrate wid their ppl /staff thatmakes a nice impression.... "our stay was ok"
hotel is good for price.breakfast is good.stayed for total three days,nobody cleaned the room.shower was leaking when we checked in.told them the first day and no one came to look at it .aside from that everything was ok.Genuine Expedia guest review

Da jeg ankom ved hotellet(efter taxaen ledte efter hotellet en halv Time) kunne der gå 1,5 time før jeg fik mit værelse, receptionen havde ikke styr på deres bookinger. Så måtte ringe til hotels.com som fik styr på det hurtigst muligt.. Men ellers super hotel, stort værelse og nemt personale efter de første gnidninger..
