It was a beautiful hotel, brand new and very clean. However, it was extremely noisy. Road noise, hallway noise. We only stayed one night, and not sure I would've made another night with so little sleep. Parking is in a lot across the street and wouldn't be very handy if you wanted to drive places. The staff was welcoming and super competent. We didn't do more than sleep and the beds were comfy with great duvets. The rating couldn't be higher because the rooms are so small, but this is NYC and this place was a little larger than a competitor's place we moved from.

The hotel was very nice - newly renovated and modern. The location is good but can be inconvenient, depending on where you are going. Parking is an issue. Also, there were a lot of loud guests who conistently woke me up at 4 am after a night of partying in the city, so this might not be the best location for business travelers.

it was really nice...brand new hotel so everything was clean and new. the staff was really friendly! the only complaint that I have is that they didn't come do room service until really late...like 6pm. Our room was still dirty when we had returned. Other than that, everything was nice. Would def stay there again!

They were still working out details, since the hotel had only been open a week prior to my arrival, but I had a fine stay. The elevators take forever to get you where you want to go, but other than that I had no complaints. I loved the location!

Just renovated, very clean, nice and friendly employee. Surprisingly quiet room, due to good insulation. But room is small; and weak wi-fi signal on 7th floor.

Its an excellent hotel, its new, the room was comfortable and clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. And its near the subway. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and I would recommend it!

The staff at this hotel were among the friendliest and most helpful that I have encountered. I felt welcome from the minute i walked in the door. The room was a good size by NYC standards. The entire facility was immaculate.I will return.

Everything was new and up to date. Friendly staff. Room was a good size and comfortable. Gym was small - good enough for 1 night w/ new treadmills and elliptical. Subway(J) only 1 block away. Nice small restaurants within easy walking distance, BUT, don't walk alone at night.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Every employee I encountered was genuinely kind and professional. I had a few minor issues with the tv and water in our room, but the staff was up in a flash to resolve the issues with smiles on their faces. The location was so convenient. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was slick and newly furnished probably because it had just opened. The room was not big but was more than adequate for one person. I was worried about noise but this wasn't a problem since my room was not facing the main road. The reception was cheerful and friendly. Overall highly recommended.

Je suis restée dans cet hôtel 3 nuits avec mes deux enfants adolescents (18 et 16 ans). Il est très bien pour un court séjour car il n'y a pas beaucoup de rangement disponible dans la chambre et nous n'y étions que pour dormir. Nous sommes arrivés à 8h00 du matin et on nous a donné une chambre de suite sans supplément (check in à 15h00 normalement) […] ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le quartier est correct, le métro est au coin de la rue et l'hôtel est situé à 10 mn à pied de China Town, Soho et Broadway ce qui est très agréable. Neues Hotel an der Lower East Side, ungewöhnliche Lage für ein Businesshotel. Mit U-Bahn ist aber das meiste (Midtown, Wall Street) schnell erreichbar. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit USA-üblichem Standard, allenfalls etwas klein. Gegen das Wochenende (Do, Fr) logierte Partyvolk im Hotel, da gab es eine Zimmerparty. Das Hotelpersonal hat mir aber sehr […] schnell ein ruhiges Zimmer auf einem anderen Stockwerk zugewiesen.
