    Helt ok hotell som var på bekvämt gångavstånd från centrum. Hade även bastu, strykrum och litet gym. Personalen trevlig. Frukost serverades av restaurang som låg vägg i vägg.

    Kaikinpuolin mukava hotelli, vastaanotto toimi hienosti, huoneet siistit. Aamupala oli kyllä hienoinen pettymys.. kovin suppea, eikä mielestäni yltänyt sille tasolle mihin tuontasoisessa hotellissa kuuluisi olla. Puitteet olisi hyvät, mutta tuohon kannattaisi enemmän panostaa.

    Olin varannut hotellin netin kautta ja vastaanottohenkilö ilmoitti luovutettuani hotellibonus-kortin, ettei mitään etuja tule. En tiennyt, että olisi pitänyt tilata suoraan hotellista tai myyntipalvelusta niin silloin ateriaedun ja lehden olisi saanut. Joustamatonta, tilanteessa olisi pitänyt hiukan olla pelisilmää ja antaa esim. lehti. Toinen epäkohta […] oli, että baarikaappi oli tyhjä. Ravintolassa oli pikkujoulujen takia täyttä ja hotellin asukkaille myytiin ei oota ja sanottiin, että pöydät on varattuja. Moni asiakas lähti kiukkuisena pois puolityhjästä ravintolasta. Pöytiä ei ennätetty tyhjätä, jolloin olis i tullut tilaa. Itse onnistuimme saamaan viimeisen tyhjän pöydän mutta harmitti muiden puolesta. Huoneessa olisin kaivannut palautelomaketta mutta tässähän se tuli. Itse yövyn hotellissa viisi yötä kuukaudessa ja tämä kokemus ei tuo minua takaisin ao. ketjun hotelliin vaikka vuosimaksun maksankin. Read more

    Huone oli ihan ok paitsi että oli ahdas sisään kulkea vaikka peremmällä olisisi ollut joutotilaa. AAmiainen oli surkea, kahvi tuli automaatista niin kylmänä että piti lämmittää mikrossa. Edellisten asiakkaiden tiskien seassa sai syödä. Henkilökunta keskittyi tyhjentämään pöytiä mistä asikaat poistuivat, eivät välittäneet että meillä oli pöytä koko aamiaisen […] ajan täynnä edellisten tiskejä. Tarjonta oli suppeaa ja.     Sopiva paikka, hyvä aamiainen... Hyvän hotellin malliesimerkki. Vain yksi karkkipaperi oli sohvatyynyn välissä, mitään muuta huomautettavaa ei yksinkertaisesti löydy.
