We wanted a clean, budget friendly hotel and this is what we got! It is in a great location in Seoul, near all the historic tourist sites that you don't want to miss, but in a quiet area that has coffee shops and an outback steak house and pizza hut nearby for when you need a break from Korean food. I would definitely stay here again.

this place is located in a good place near places to eat, the US army base (if that's important) and the subway. the check-in and check-out procedure was so simple it was kind of confusing! the only real criticism has to do with the smell in the corridors. i guess the hotel is a smoking hotel although we got a non-smoking room that did not have any […] evidence of previous smoking but the hallways smelled like cigarettes coupled with the general ambient sewer smell in the older areas of Seoul we visited. we didn't hang out in the hallways so it wasn't a big deal. otherwise, i definitely felt the amount we got a good deal with the rates they charge. You pay for what you get! The rooms are small and cramped. The hotel location is tough to find, being tucked away in a back alley in Yongsan. It is relatively close to the National War Museum. The beds are really hard! If you enjoy sleeping on stone slabs for mattresses (think "Flintstones"), then this hotel is for you!

Hotel New World I stayed in this hotel over this past weekend with a few friends and the room was decent. I mean, we had a "fun" time even trying to locate the hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when it was time to check-in/out. The room wasn't too bad, I wanted a single bedroom and ended up getting a double. Those three things I mentioned were only small problems and did not hinder me from enjoying the room and the weekend. Very close to subway line 4, exit 4 (one stop away from Seoul station), short walk down a narrow street away from busy street, very quiet to sleep at night. Very hard to find so if you are staying and don't speak Korean get a taxi, the number for hotel is not correct. This is a no frills hotel but with that said it is clean room and the air condtion works, and we have stayed in many others in Korea with no air and it is miserable in the summer. They speak very little english, so desk personal no help.

Nice hotel just across from one of the the Army installations. Close to both line 1 and line 4 subway stations. Staff did accomodate us by holding our large suitcase for 2 days while we took a side trip. Mom more friendly than Pop. I did not enjoy my stay at all. The hotel is located in a part of Seoul that does not contain a single restaurant with an English menu. Not one of the drivers of the twenty taxis that I used was able to bring me to the hotel's doorstep. The walls of the bedroom are so thin that one hears every word spoken in the adjoining roo. There is no bathtub, and […] the drain of the sink gurgles noisily the whole night through. No breakfast or food of any sort is served. The people at the reception desk speak almost no English at all. The sole thing that I can say in the hotel's favor is that it is the first hotel that I have ever encountered that supplies a computer (with full internet access) in one's room - not merely a wi-fi connection for one's laptop - plus every other gadget conceivable. But the mattress is stone hard, the pillows are made of rocks and the towels are the size of table place-mats. Anyone choosing this hotel should expect to be disappointed. It was chosen for me solely because we were filming in the neighborhood and I wanted to be close to the set. Even so, the set was 3.7 km away. Seoul is a big big big place. Next time I'll pick a hotel in the Western-oriented Ee-tay-wan district. Read more

방은 모텔같지만 서비스는 호텔! 늦게 나가는 날도 있었는데 나가고 나서도 방 청소 잘 해주시고 외박하고 들어왔다 나가도 청소는 굳! 직웜님들도 무지 친절하시고 4박 5일 있었는데 위치도 숙대입구 5번 출구에서 무지 가까워서 다니기도 좋았어요. ^^*

家族３人で２泊しました。 クイーンサイズとシングルサイズのベッド２台で、寝るにゎ十分な広さでした。 でもその分スーツケースを広げるスペースがなく、正直狭くて困りました。 キングサイズのベッドで周りを有効利用できるようにして欲しいです。 お風呂は湯船もあり快適でしたが、水量ゎ少なく貯めるのに時間がかかります。 ソウル駅から地下鉄１駅のところから歩いて数分にあるし、明洞までも地下鉄１本なのでロケーションゎ悪くありません。　コンビニも歩いて１，２分のところにあります。 フロントの方も明るく、笑顔の対応でした。 もう少し部屋が広ければ良かったです。

距離地鐵一號線和四號線都很近，搭車很方便，吃飯的話附近也有很多選擇。飯店人員也都很親切，有會說中文的服務人員，每天都有人整理房間，房間很溫暖舒適，床不會太硬也不會太軟，很好睡，棉被也很舒適，不過浴室的門是沒有門閂的，如果和不熟的朋友一起住可能會沒什麼安全感。其實飯店位置很好找，用街景服務走一下就知道了。

除了飯店的隔音不是很好~床和枕頭比較硬之外~其他都不錯!如果是自由行的旅客~它在淑大站(427)出來不到5分鐘的徒步距離~很方便的!只要坐一站就到首爾站~可與各大線路連接!

値段が安いのである程度妥協していましたが、ここのホテルはスタッフもみなさん親切で、お部屋も必要なものは揃っていて不自由は全くありませんでした。 何よりも、夜中に小腹が空いた際、マイナス10度以下だったので外に行くのも億劫だったのでスタッフに出前して欲しいと頼むと、全く嫌な顔をせず承ってくれました。 どんなホテルよりもこの親切なホテルが私は一番よかった！ また絶対ここを利用します。

お正月明けに３泊、部屋は５階の南山側のツインに宿泊しました。 外は一面の雪景色でとても寒かったのですが、部屋はとても暖かく、暑すぎる位でした。 お風呂上りは暑くて窓を全開しても暑い位で、寝る時も掛け布団もかけないで寝ました。 お風呂もバスタブ付きでアメニティーも充実してました。冷蔵庫の中には無料のミネラルウォーターとジュースが入っていて毎日補充してくれます。 ただ一つ気になったのが、タオルです。1人２枚のタオルがあるのですが、１枚は綺麗なんですがもう１枚はきたないです。洗濯してあるのですが、顔をふく気にはなりませんでした。 駅からも近いですし全体的に良かったと思います。

ﾊﾞｽﾀｵﾙの用意はありましたが、黒ずんでました。 歯磨きや綿棒、洗顔料、ﾒｲｸ落とし、ｼｪｰﾊﾞｰｼﾞｪﾙなど無料でもらえたし、ホテルの近くにバス停、地下鉄、コンビニ、焼肉屋、バーもあり便利な場所でホテル料金が安かったのでホテルで寝るだけって人には最高だと思います。ただキレイなホテルではないし、周辺にモーテルもあります。あと暖房が効きすぎでした。

朝食なし、大人3人一部屋に一泊しました。 翌日の早朝には、釜山に行かなければならなかったので、6～7時間程寝泊まりするだけの滞在でしたが、不自由なく過ごせました。 ベッドが硬かったけど、“こういう硬さが韓国では普通なのかな…？”という感じでした。 シャンプーやボディーソープは常備されていましたが、私たちが泊まった部屋には、歯ブラシや髭剃りといった洗面用具のアメニティはありませんでした。 なので、自身で持って行くことをお勧めします。 駅からも近く、フロントの方たちも日本語が話せるので、総じて悪い印象は受けませんでした。 良い旅をお過ごしください！

ソウル往復の飛行機で10月11日夜に韓国入りし、翌日慶州に行き、またソウルに戻る予定でした。12日にKTXで新慶州まで行くので最初の1泊だけ、ソウル駅近くでホテルを探し、ニューワールドに決めました。以前、叔明女子大の刺繍博物館が良いと聞いていたので、翌日の午前中に博物館に行き、午後にソウル駅へ行くつもり。公共の交通機関も使いやすく、近辺には観光客相手ではない、地元の人々が普通に使う店舗も多くあり、韓国の日常が垣間見えてよかった。ホテル自体は、韓国の古いビジネスタイプのホテルで、まあこんなものか、という感じ。清潔と安全は保障されている、というところかな。駅から大学までの道は、女の子のための店が多く、ちょっと楽しい＾＾。

由于网络上评价酒店难找，提前作了很多功夫，但是到了实地发现很好找。坐4号线地铁在“淑大入口”站下车，从5号出口出来向左转顺着路往前走，走到农协银行(看到的第一个银行即是)，从银行右侧小胡同进去，走到头，右转就会看到这家酒店。从地铁站到酒店徒步约3分钟。酒店所处的位置相当便利，周边也有很多饭店，生活无任何障碍。离旅游景点都很近，是一个值得推荐的酒店。

今回５泊しましたが、周りはモーテル（韓国のラブホ）ばかりで、実際にここも元ラブホでした。治安も悪そうでした。真ん前には米軍基地もあり外国人をちらほらみかけました。 掃除したあと、窓を開けっ放しにされたり、ドアノブがゆるゆるで外れそうだったり、セキュリティー面で問題ありです。 部屋自体はただ寝るだけには問題ないですが、女性が一人でこの周りを歩くのはとても怖かったので、送り迎えをしてもらったほどです。 良い点は、パソコンがついていて映画を大きなテレビで見れたり、飲み物が付いてたくらいですかね...

狭い部屋で日本のビジネスホテル並ですが、シャワーとトイレに境がなくて シャワーを使うと便器がビショ濡れになります。 歯磨きは練り歯磨きのみ置いてあります。 部屋とシャワー＆トイレは一度部屋を出て別室になり履物を変わります。 大変不便な構造です。 パソコンは常備されてますが使えません。自分のパソコンを持って行く事が 求められます。 周辺にはラブホテルもあり、ここもラブホテルとしての営業もあるのでしょう。 次回はもう使わないでしょう。

2泊しました。ソウル駅から地下鉄1区間であり、出口からも比較的近い場所にありました。ホテルは古いビジネスホテルですが、清掃が行き届き清潔でした。日本語も通じます。WI-FIも特にパスワードを要求されることなく入れました。寝に帰るだけの宿としてはとても良いと思いました。ソウルに出かけるときは、また利用したいと思います。

Personnel accueillant et sympathique, hôtel bien placé proches commerces, arrêts de bus et métro. la chambre propre mais trop petite pour 3 personnes sans rangements ni emplacement pour défaire les valises. la climatisation fait un bruit d'enfer. pas de lampes individuelles donc impossible de lire si les autres veulent dormir.
