I stay here on business trips to Toulouse. Very easy to take a cab or shuttle bus from airport. Cab is approx 30 Euro while Tisseo shuttle is only 5 Euro. Both take about the same time to reach Jeanne D'Arc. Walking distance to restaurants and SNCF train station. Hotel rooms aren't large but do offer free wifi. Wouldn't recommend for a luxurious vacation experience but I will stay here again next time I visit customers in town. Very nice staff who will speak English or help with your French.

We really enjoyed the newly refurbished sauna, spa & pool. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and spoke English well, which was a bonus as our French is limited. The front desk was not clear when we checked in that the complimentary shuttle service does not run on weekends - neither Saturday or Sunday. The referred us to a private shuttle service, Prestige, which was wonderful. The food available in the bar outside of breakfast was more limited than stated on the menu, but OK.

Very close to airport. Only 10 min. walk. Bathroom was extremely small. Room was clean. McDonald across from hotel. No staff after 10pm so if you are checking in late. It will be a problem. Room was small but it fits for the price. English - hard to found a staff to understand you.

Rooms had a Scandinavian feel - very modern and compact, but functional. There was an actual glass-enclosed shower with rain shower head. Not something we had seen much of in our travels around France. The airport is a very pleasant fifteen minute walk, so we were able to get a little exercise before a long flight.

Je cherchais un hôtel pour passer 4 jours et 3 nuits à Toulouse (en amoureux, repos et découverte de la ville). Cet hôtel est conforme à l'image présentée sur le site : aménagé de façon moderne sans faute de goût (violet, gris/noir et blanc), la chambre est petite mais propre et confortable. Beaucoup de lumière. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, le personnel […] est à l'écoute, le WiFi est dans la chambre comme dans le lobby. Niveau situation, même si l'hôtel n'est pas dans l'hyper-centre, il est idéalement situé : à deux pas d'une station de métro (direct capitole et gare de Toulouse Matabiau), d'une station de "vél ô Toulouse", d'un marché couvert ravissant (marché Saint-Cyprien. A 10 minutes de marche les Abattoirs, musée d'art contemporain avec une expo Tapis Volants très bien en ce moment), à 15 minutes de marche la rive droite de la Garonne avec le choix entre 4 ponts. Pratiquement tous les lieux remarquables sont à 20 minutes de l'hôtel. Read more
