clean, needs some updating but was a great location for an overnight near the highway. Really nice and friendly receptionist. Free WiFi and HBO and you can't beat the price.

very comfortable and relaxing environment. Staff friendly and helpful! The lounge was a nice place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed this location as it was an easy drive to the Waterloo Outlet Mall. We also spent a day visiting the local shops in town. We did visit the pool/spa after shopping all day and the area was clean with plenty of clean towels! We found the Inn to be a perfect get-away destination.

Relatively clean room, no bugs or major issues. Shower pressure a little weak and had a slow moving drain. At about 1:30 in the am our door came open (thankfully we had the chain latched also). We called the front desk and they told us it must not have been bolted properly. I asked them to review video footage and they told us the owner only has acess to it and they are out of state. Pretty lame and a spooky situation. Other than being scared half the night, a good stay.

This was our first stay in this area, for some outlet shopping. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. From the front desk, to the cleaning staff that ran down as we were leaving to give us a stuffed animal that my daughter had left behind in the bed sheets. The hotel is fairly new and kept in great condition

The new Hampton Inn in Seneca Falls is 10 min from the Waterloo Outlets. The hotel itself is great but you have to drive to a restaurant for dinner (not far). The free breakfast is not great but we did not expect much. It is across from the Seneca Falls Walmart. Easy to find. Will definitely stay there again.

This was one of the most welcoming hotels that we have stayed in. The staff was always checking to be sure that we had everything that we needed. It was also extremely clean. Unfortunately, the building construction doesn't do enough to eliminate room-to-room noise, so heavy walkers and loud talkers are very audible. Bring earplugs if […] that bothers you. We enjoyed very much our stay at the Seneca Falls Hampton Inn. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay a pleasant one. Overall the hotel is pretty new and very well maintained and very clean. The downside of our stay was that we could somewhat hear our neighbour; it was a muffled sound but nonetheless we could hear them.

I cannot give anything less than the highest rating for every category for this hotel. I booked two rooms for 4 people. All who stayed there are very satisfied. We will surely stay at this hotel next time I visit the area. Hope they keep up the high standard.

Great hotel staff...as in bend over backwards to help with anything. My only bad comment on the hotel is the walls seemed a little thin for a new building. We could hear conversation next door. Everything else was superb. Would return again. hampton Inns seem to run nice operations.

The benefit of this hotel is everything is brand new. Fixtures are modern, beds were comfy and very clean. Service was fantastic and the breakfast was pretty good. They use all disposable dishes and cutlery which i would think in this day and age a hotel like hampton would be a little more eco friendly. The only issue we had was getting hypo allergenic […] bedding. I called for a non feather pillow and it never arrived. I don't think they had any. Also it is a non smoking hotel and there were cigarette burns on the sides of the tub, they should get some detectors in the bathrooms so that it is truly non smoking. Read more
