The hotel was super nice: hotel parking, large spacious room, coffee and tea, but located about 10 mins from downtown. The reception was a slow process, but thorough. This lovely modern hotel is on the outskirts of Leiden, on a light industrial estate, near the university and a short cycle to the beautiful town centre. I am unable to fault anything in relation to the hotel. It was comfortable, spacious and luxurious. Staff were helpful and friendly and there was good in site provisions including a small shop. The main negative was the location it was situated. It was hard to get to as the signage can not be seen in the dark and the road that leads to it looks like […] a dead end. Additionally you could only access it from one direction. If you want to go to any cafes, leiden central or shopping you need to use a car. Alternatively, you can hire a bike from the hotel, which you have to pay for and is not ideal in the winter. Helpful hint: if you are driving to the hotel the directions are currently as follows- drive towards McDonalds from Leiden direction. After the turn off for McDonald there is a small turn off on your right, which is signposted if you can read it. Go down this road (it looks like it is a dead end as there is a white and red barrier in front of you at the end). Drive to the barrier and turn right. Then turn left and eventually you will get to the hotel on your right. At the moment it looks like the hotel is situated in an area of building so hopefully this will improve. Read more

Modern, smart and clean very helpfull staff and overall a pleasant enough hotel to stay in. Be aware though taxi's in Holland are very expensive and it is on the outskirts of Leiden so without a car everywhere is expensive to get to. The breakfast was not the best I have experienced but adequate the evening meal was good if a little pricey. Had problems […] getting the room at the right temperature the aircon seemed to be pretty inneffective. We got a really good deal on the room rate so on balance it was a nice hotel I would say more suited to business travellers than leisure or families. Read more

Very comfortable rooms, excellent bed. The king double has all you would need in terms of work desk, lounge chair, large television and very good walk in shower. Positiv: Kostenloser Parkplatz im Parkhaus. Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber. Kostenloser Internetanschluss. Kostenloser Fitnessraum. Frühstück war zwar ausreichend, jedoch für ca. 20 Euro viel zu wenig Auswahl. Da sind wir vom Hilton anderes gewöhnt.

Que dire de cet hôtel? Bien, bonne qualité du service, chambre et SDB spacieuses. Juste la situation géographique, loin du centre et des magasins, mais bon, en vacances, on s'en fiche un peu, et puis très sympa pour aller faire son petit running matinal le long des canaux.

Depuis l'accueil le jour de l'arrivée, jusqu'au moment du départ, pas une seule fausse note pour cet hôtel très bien tenu. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute.Bref, que du tout bon.Seul bémol, mais qui n'avait aucune importance pour nous, l'établissement se trouve perdu au milieu de nulle part.

Mooi nieuw hotel, direct naast de ingang van Corpus. Wel een beetje kaal allemaal, maar zeer netjes. Goede service bij het inchecken en bij het ontbijt. En zeer betaalbaar. Een prachtige locatie voor een weekendje Leiden. Onze kids (9 en 8) vonden het ook allemaal prachtig.
