he Floris Hotel turned out to be a very good value as compared to others in and around main sightseeing part of Brugge. The staff were friendly and helpful. Be sure to call to reserve parking as the website did not specify that requirement. We parked on the street and, due to some misinformation, received a 30 euro ticket. The beds are comfortable, but are actually two twins pushed together instead of the double we expected. The rooms are larger than I'm accustomed to in Europe. Breakfast is hot and provided a good start to our three days. One of the outstanding qualities is the provisions for families travelling with children. They provided a crib for my granddaughter on request. There is also a large play area just off of the lobby that allowed us to watch my grandson play while we enjoyed breakfast. It is a short 10 minute walk to the market area with a stroller and a walking 3 year old. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and recommend The Floris as a very comfortable stay and a good value.

This hotel is amazing. I was in the city for just a couple of nights, did not eat in the restaurant or use the wellness center, but the room itself was bright, clean, very comfortable. Bathroom was a revelation - walk-in shower and a heated floor. Figuring out the lights and room temperature control was a little confusing, but easy to use once sorted. The hotel is just off the center of the old city, getting around couldn't be easier. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the decor is over the top and fabulous, plenty of appealing common rooms to curl up in during the evening. I was a little surprised that a hotel of this size would have only one computer in their business center, but I didn't need to use it. Great (and free) wifi connection in the room. I loved my visit to Ghent, and the Reylof was a big part of that. Would definitely come back!

Great, clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Adjacent to the train station and easy walk to downtown Brugge. We walk most places, so it is nice to drop the bags off and then walk a bit farther for the sites. Parking is inexpensive. The shower wall is frosted glass, so fine for couples, but could be uncomfortable for shy types. The only issues we had were with the window (doesn't open very far and the room was warm) and when the water hits the shower door, it gets on to the floor, so we had water all over the floor. The water temp of the shower was not consistent, but not so bad that it was too uncomfortable.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. The location is about a two minute walk from the main square and all the shops and restaurents. The breakfast is a really great addition to the room as well. The only con is that the wifi only works on the first floor. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.
