Great location- It was 2 blocks from a fresh grocer and many restaurants. The room was fantastic. THe gym and pool were great. I plan to stay here when I'm in philly from now on.

I stayed here for 1 night - the room was very clean and neat. I loved the full kitchen, large bathroom, TV, and seating area. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but definitely a nice amenity. This was convenient for anyone who needs to be near UPENN. I would stay here again

Excellent services - dinner Mon - Thu. Breakfast everyday. Nice comfortable suites. Free shuttle which runs to hospitals all day and evening. Be sure to meet Darnell the van driver! Nice indoor pool. Great value. Parking overpriced but some street parking available if lucky. Close to restaurants, food store, movies, etc. This is a great place!

We were there to tour The Restaurant School at Walnut College, just a few doors down from the hotel. The location was perfect for our needs. It is a nice area. The hotel staff we dealt with was very nice and well informed of the area, answering this concerned 'college parent to be's' questions. We stayed in a suite and the kitchenette was stocked with […] pots/pans/utensils/plates, etc... The rooms were comfortable and each had a flat screen tv. The bath was larger and well stocked. Elevators do not go above the lobby (3rd floor) unless you scan your room key. Nice security feature. The only draw back to this hotel is the lack of parking. Valet service is offered, but at a daily fee. (I found other hotels in the area do the same.) We did find street parking and was sure that nothing was visible in the car. This particular area has tons of security from the Restaurant School & Univ. of Penn. walking the beat as well as on bicycles because of all of the college students. Safety is a number one priority and the hotel guests benefit from it. We will stay at this hotel again when we return to the area. Read more

We had to leave the hotel because the fire alarm was going off all night and everyone had to empty the hotel twice. There was not fire, there was a prankster. But nobody ever apologized for the inconvenience. We were never shown any courtesy by any hotel worker and we were not the only guest to leave because of the ordeal.

Wonderful. Stayed for the Eagles vs. Dallas game. Room was very clean and very comfortable. We found free parking across the street from the hotel so didn't have to spend $39 for parking. The only negative to this stay was that there were not many nice places to sit down and enjoy a meal over wine within walking distance.

The hotel was awesome. The accomodations were top notch. The hot breakfast and tasty dinners were wonderful ( and FREE!) The wine and beer served at dinner were a nice touch. Also there was hot coco, tea, coffee, juice, and water available 24/7. This hotel was simply the best!

This is a brand new hotel on the edge of the U. Penn campus. The suites are spacious, each having a well-stocked kitchenette.
