We were not sure about this smaller, family run hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional, helpful, and tried to optimize our... experience. There were some minor maintenance issues that were in the process of being addressed, but nothing that detracted from our stay. We had 3 rooms and the staff worked to keep us close together. Our rooms were clean, very comfortable, and reasonably kept up. The hotel was close to our Disneyland destination, only about 15 minutes away, and a life-saver for our last minute trip when all the Disney neighborhood hotels were sold out. My wife attempted to check in while I was at my event and was ignoored and made to wait almost 10 minutes before being rudely helped. My wife and child were told that the room was not ready and to come back later, they were given the room card so that we could enter upon our return. We returned later in the evening to find our room ready and clean but […] the beds were like sleeping on plywood and the restroom door was broken in half. Fixtures in the bathroom were loose. The motel is on a very busy road so it is noisy and has cheap windows that don't help with the noise. Very dated fixtures and decor.

Nice place for to put your head down at night. Not a fancy place by all means. Getting into the hotel from the opposite direction from the same side of the hotel is tricky, you need to make a u turn and go back the same direction that the hotel is on because of meridian in the center lanes. But hotel fitted our needs for what we needed.

Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. My room had stains on the wall. The back of the door had black marks all over it from people closing it with their feet. If all you need is a place to grab some zzzzz's and a shower , this will suffice. Beyond that, the hotel was less than desirable and not one that I would have my family stay in. Look at the pictures and read the reviews before booking and then make your decision.

It was very sad .We booked non smocking room but we got highly smocked room.The sheets were not even changed.We could not sleep well..When we reported the matter at the reception ,the response was qite unpolite.So we checked out early morning

Have stayed here a couple of times now and find it a very handy and very clean hotel. Very quiet and able to access most places in Orange County within minutes. Will stay again. Only beef their internet in foyer never works. Rooms are great and new hd tv/cable a bonus as are microwave and fridge.
