Following a cruise, we decided to stay an extra day in Santiago. This hotel has free shuttle to and from the airport. However, it is in an industrial area, so there is little local to see. Through the hotel, we arranged a tour of Santiago. The cab driver was pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable, The price was fair as well. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and its free buffet breakfast, the staff, and our experience.

We had just one night in Santiago - but Le Reve was great for us. First, it's very convenient from the metro / subway (50mins from the airport; 10mins from Plaza de Armas). Second, the surrounding area is great for relaxing / dinner. There are lots of options. Third, the hotel staff was very accommodating (we checked-in very late at night and checked-out late the next day). Fourth, the breakfast was very good (great fresh fruit), awesome courtyard, and the late night snack / honor bar were well timed for us. While the hotel itself is a bit pricey - it proved worth the value for us.

The Hotel Loreto was perfect. We only had 24 hours in Santiago (long layover), but wanted to get out and see the city. We arrived at midnight and the front desk staff was so welcoming...the bellhop even went out and got us four beers to drink in our room!! The hotel is modern, but classy, with big balconies in each room. The room was very quite; with the balcony door closed you could hear a pin drop, so we got great sleep. The location is perfect for anyone that wants to see some of the city. We walked to the museums, market, plaza de arms, and the Bellavista barrio area. I'd strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's a great hotel overall, but i would consider it just for leisure purposes and not for business. The reason is basically because the room I selected has no facilities for a business traveler. No desk, no place to sit and write, no specific lights for that and no room for clothes. There were no place for hanging a suit, shirt or nothing. Just a small place over the safety box that's not enough for male size clothes. So, practically i didn't get my stuff out of the case. Very uncomfortable. Other point to improve is variety of meals for room service and the breakfast service. The rest of the hotel service was great, taking into account that is a boutique hotel, so you will not find dozen of employees. It's really quiet, the ancient building is amazing, and you can sleep even better than home. Y strongly suggest the place for a personal trip, not for business.

Excellent experience -- great breakfasts included -- stayed an extra night at end of three nights on a tour. Many restaurants near the hotel. Only negative was ongoing construction in front of the hotel. Otherwise excellent hotel.

Location.
Situated in the heart of Santiago, Serrano Centro is close to University of Chile, Palacio de la Moneda, and Plaza de la Constitucion. Also nearby are Santa Lucia Hill and Santiago Town Square.

Property Features.
In addition to tour/ticket assistance and barbecue grills, Serrano Centro features laundry facilities. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. This place is not really a hotel it is more like service apartments. the hotel has no signage from the road side so is difficult to find, the staff did not help with anything, they speak very very little english the pool was not in service despite being in season and it was too difficult to work out how to use the gym- the person who ran the ´hotel´ […] said we had to go down to the door people and ask to use it, they dont speak english.. the room was very clean and sunny in the afternnoon, we had a nice belcony and a big comfy bed. our lock on the room was brooken. really central to the city centre but noisey (we stayed there friday and saturday night). O hotel é limpo e muito confortável. Fui muito bem atendida mesmo quando precisei trocar a reserva por um erro meu. O local é bem central e bem próximo ao metro e a alguns pontos turísticos. Posso ate dizer que quando cheguei no quarto senti muito de só ter uma noite em Santiago. Pretendo voltar

Excelente habitacion. El unico inconveniente fue que a la hora de mi salida (5:20 am) no pude encontrar al recepcionista para preguntar el por que el taxi no llegaba. Timbre varias veces y no encontré respuesta. Finalmente baje y ahí estaba mi taxi, pero fue algo extraño dejar de esa forma el hotel y no encontrar apoyo cuando se requería.

O Apart Hotel é ótimo. Muito aconchegante. Os funcionários são bastante atenciosos. A localização é perfeita. Em poucos minutos a pé, já estamos nos principais pontos turísticos do Centro de Santiago, além disso, o metrô é praticamente ao lado. Por se tratar de um Apart hotel, não é oferecido café da manhã, porém, próximo se encontra uma cafeteria aonde […] se pode desfrutar de um delicioso brakfast. Outra coisa bacana é a segurança do local. O único ponto negativo, foi que como fiz a viagem em janeiro, estava calor e o quarto não possuia ar condicionado, apenas ventilador. As fotos do site são extamente como é o Apart. A próxima vez que for a Santiago, com certeza me hospedarei no Serrano novamente. Custo benefício ótimo. Read more

O hotel esta novo, fica no centro, procximo ao metro e algumas atrações da ciddade. Fizemos o city tour a pé. Os quartos tem espaços adequados, não tem luxo, mas são limpos . O custo-beneficio está de acordo. Vale lembrar que o hotel não tem cafe da manhã e não há opção de solicita-lo com custo adicional.Há mercados proximo e é possivel comprar itens […] e tomar seu cafe no quarto, visto que tem cozinha equipada. Trata-se de um flat, bem localizado, mais sem infraestrutura de um hotel. Apenas um edifício com portaria e flats. Os apartamentos são bem montados, confortáveis com dois quartos, dois banheiros, tv lcd, etc.

Eu e minha mulher ficamos uma semana no Serrano Centro. Ficamos em apartamento Studio. O apartamento é ótimo, igual como nas fotos, muito bonito e muito bem decorado. Tem cozinha com fogão embutido, 2 bocas, com forno, exaustor, forno microondas, torradeira, chaleira elétrica e geladeira. Também deixam sabão líquido para lavar louça, pano de pia, esponja […] e pano de pratos. Possuí diversos utensílios de cozinhas. O apartamento é composto por uma sala de estar e jantar unidos a cozinha, um quarto com cama king size, roupas de cama de ótima qualidade e um banheiro, Calefação e cortinas com blackout no quarto. Tem serviço de quarto todos os dias, inclusive elas lavam a louça, deixam tudo muito limpo. Além de todo o conforto a recepção funciona 24 horas, o que é ótimo, e a recepcionista Alejandra é muito gentil e sempre pronta a ajudar, dando toda a assistência ao turista. O prédio fica muito próximo ao metrô, estação Universidad de Chile, apenas alguns passos, e próximo de vários pontos turísticos do centro da cidade, que pode-se fazer tudo a pé, Palácio La Moneda, Museos, Plaza das Armas, entre outros. Também fica próximas a várias casas de câmbio, que ficam na Calle Agustinas, indo pela Paseo Ahumada. E se você tiver disposição pode ir caminhando até o Cerro Santa Lucia, Bairro Lastarria e Parque Forestal. Recomendo muito o Serrano Centro, e com certeza ficaremos lá novamente na próxima vez. Nuestra estancia fue muy buena, estamos muy conformes con la atención, volveríamos sin dudas. Es muy importante estar cerca de una estación de subte para el que no cuenta con coche, ya que Santiago tiene una magnífica red de este medio para poder desplazarse en cualquier dirección.
