Kick back
It is a very nice place and service was prompt. My TV went down and they were there within the hour. There is no on site staff. It is self-check-in which is easy but when unexpected was a little confusing....but we survived LOL. The room was comfortable and the location is ideal.

Good hotel for the cost.
Pretty good hotel for its price. Def has some character to it. Visited for a bachelor party and the staff was very polite.

Trendy, comfortable & convenient
Great location and great service. Rooms on the street are a bit noisy because of the numerous bars and restaurants in the area but it is definitely a great place to stay. Check in, check out and communication with the hotel management are easy and smooth

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel. Be Sure to get checkin instructions beforehand. If the resturant is open you go in and use their phone to get an access code to a safe, grewhich has room keys. After hours you call on a intercom to a person who buzzs the door open. The pullout couch for a third person is SMALL! Should only be used for children or very short people. Has coffee, tea, and sugar for making morning drinks.

Lovely
We had a lovely time. It was a little weird to check in because they do a self check in so you have to go into the building find your own keys in a basket and make your way upstairs via the elevator. If there is no one there, you call them and sometimes are sent ten blocks away to pick up your keys. But after you get settled in, it's a great place. Location, price and room are all excellent! But yeah, this is a "self help" hotel. No concierge and no official person to check you in.
