The service at this resort is beyond any I can compare to. Every time I look to the left or right there is a staff member there to accommodate me before I even ask, calling me sir or very often they remembered my name, that's a nice touch. The view from our balcony was amazing. I wanted everything to be perfect for my Fiance and Movenpick came through for me,they made me look good. Now that all that has been said, let me comment on the food. Wow, we dined at each of the hotel's restuarants. They give new meaning to the phrase "Fine Dining". I cant wait to book next year's trip. Freinds of ours suggested we try a couple of the other, more expensive resorts closeby, my answer was you're out of your mind, I've already found exactly the experience I was looking for, why look anywhere else. Thank you Movenpick for the time of my life.

We had a fantastic family week here. Service (as almost everywhere in Philippines) excellent, warm and caring. Everyone from Front Desk to the ladies in the Kids Center, to the bodyguards and waiters/waitress, to the gardeners. The place is very nice and cosy. Very enjoyable. And overall good value. Yet, kind of small/compressed. From one restaurant/bar to the other is 20mts (or one floor) away. The menu is the same for the three restaurants, so after two days you know it me you want to try something else. Breakfast buffet is not that different per day. And the rooms small too. We had the "Deluxe Garden" that feels tight. Fitness center too small. Location is kind of far from everything, but with good couple of local food restaurants around. I would consider again, mostly because of the service and the kind of resort.

So they always say you get what you paid for. Well the hotel was nice except for the room had no windows. The hotel was far from the city so we had to take taxis or jeepney everywhere. Got economy room that had no water but had cable tv with HBO, etc. Up grade to another room with tv and aircon but had no tv hookup. Room was priced too high for an upgraded quality room. Last day wanted to take shower but no water due to repairing pipes. Waited an hour for the water but still no water. They had to bring water in a 5 gallon bucket. Hotel familiar, tranquilo apesar de estar en la cidad, buena relación calidad-precio. Personal de recepción muy amable y atento. Recomiendo el caraoke por las noches para tomar algo.
