It was a one night stand, good place for sleep, clean, good service and helpfull stuff. Their gym was not as good as desired, they have just few machines and some of them are broken. Breakfast was poor but what'd you expect for 75$ place. Overall my rate is 4+ and will recommend to anybody.

Hard to find this hotel. Poor signage. Tucked into an industrial park with three other hotels, a Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, LaQuinta. Signs for only the HIE and the Hampton. Romm was 50 degrees when we checked in, waited in lobby for 30 minutes for the room to heat up. Shower valve was broken and water temp was unadjustable. I stayed overnight here checking in early evening on January 29th the woman at the front desk checked me in quickly and was very helpful. I was up from South Carolina and it was very cold so I appreciated the prompt check in. The room had very high ceilings, heated up quickly and was spotless and nicely decorated. The room was very comfortable and clean. We came down just before 9 am to breakfast (forgetting that breakfast ends at 9 am), and the staff graciously keep the buffet open and brought us fresh food. The only disappointment was 2 of the machines in the gym were not usable.

I got into town earlier than expected and they let me check in at 9:30. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. Had a great night's sleep and a decent breakfast with a good variety. It looked like they had a nice indoor pool but I didn't try it. Great value for the price.

The hotel was newly remodeled and it's lovely. Everything is fresh and updated. I would prefer a firmer mattress but the pillow top cover was a nice surprise. We found the hotel sparkling clean--I would take a bath in the bathtub. The bed was comfortable, the service was great. Two caveats--arrive for breakfast on the early side and the pool is small.
