The staff were so friendly and helpful. They greeted me by name every time I came in and helped me with everything I needed. The breakfast was amazing, and they even packed a to-go breakfast for me when I had an early flight. Definitely a great value for the money.

If you're planning on stopping a few nights in central Hanoi then you could do far worse than checking into the Rising Dragon Villa Hotel. The rooms, though a little on the small side (and hence a tad cramped and humid when the bathroom's being used), are clean, comfortable, well equipped and do a good enough job of keeping the manic hussle & bussle […] of the city out of your hair. The complementary breakfast is more than up to the task of setting you up for the day but the largest praise has to here served for the staff, of whom nothing is too much trouble or hassle. Good hotel with very helpful and informative staff. We wrere shown all locations and good places to eat on a map, and they were very helpful with anything further. Rooms were clean and modern and the hotel is in a quiet street close to everything in the old quarter.
