Booked the hotel because of its location smack in the middle between London and Brighton, if you have a car this was great. But there’s nothing except Gatwick airport next to the hotel, and Crawley is actually quite boring as a town goes. The rates where good but it shows that it’s an airport hotel, anything even remotely considered as an “extra” was well charged for. Parking, WiFi, UK power plug converter, breakfast and so on. But if you’re aware, then this is no real problem. If I needed to stay in that area again I’d probably book it again, the rooms where good standard, clean and fairly large.

Excellent location accessible to shopping and public transportation. Great English breakfast; staff friendly. But the facility is outdated; narrow hallway, old elevator; bathroom door does not close. Need upgrading.

Gatwick Hilton is so convenient for over nights prior to flying onwards. Unfortunately Hilton like some, but thankfully not all, still choose to charge for WiFi connection.

Staff were friendly. Close to Brighton Pier. Not a suitable location if you're travelling by car due to extremely limited available parking. Front ground room exposed to street noise and the very loud front doorbell.

La chambre était propre mais très vétuste, tout l'hotel est vétuste. Hôtel bruiyant, la fenêtre fermé, on attend tout ce qui se passe à l'exterieur. Pour moi c'était plus une chambre d'étudiant qu'une chambre d'hôtel. Les seuls points positifs pour ma part était la localisation de l'hôtel, proche du Pier et le personnel sympa.
