We stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Our room was located on the 7th floor. It was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable! This hotel is less than a block away from the bullring shopping center and 10 min taxi ride to Broad street, which is where we went pub hopping. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable beds, cool technology with touch controls for lights, AC and do not disturb notifications. No problems with WiFi in room and common areas of hotel. Easy check in and check out. Neat interface to connect computer to tv but I didn't have an hdmi cable to test it out.

A first class 4* hotel with lovely rooms - clean, spacious, comfortable and contemporary. Polite, friendly staff. Within walking distance of all Birmingham has to offer. Only downside was the view, but would definitely stay again!

I was cold throughout my stay at this hotel. The services in the room (lights, heating, water temperature) are controlled digitally on a number of touch screens. These are difficult to regulate and set. I was moved to a second room (after complaining for four hours that I was freezing in the first one) where the temperature was bearable, but still not […] warm. Good location for that side of Birmingham and nicely presented hotel but surrounding neighbourhood and outlook was rather grim. Hopefully will improve when the remainuing run down areas are done up and cordoned off area in front of hotel is developed.

Lovely lobby with pretty Xmas trees. As an Xmas treat I booked an Exec room (7th flr) so we were disappointed our room was so small & whilst it had a nice shower there was no bath.Its nice to have a soak when you have more time. I doubt rooms have been road tested for practicality. It was a cold, wet day when we arrived & there was nowhere to hang our […] wet coats except in the very tiny hanging space behind the bed which would have made our other clothes wet so we hung them on the door closer. Some cloakroom hooks would be good. There is nowhere to put cases except the bed which had a plain white cotton duvet or small chaise sofa which as they were wet and the wheels muddy we were loathe to do. The decor is simple and modern with nice lighting which can be operated from the phone on one side of the bed or by the door. There is no fridge or bottled water provided though there are tea and coffee facilities, an iron &board & a hairdryer. We opted out of the £15.50 buffet breakfast preferring to spend the money on lunch. The bed is very comfortable with nice pillows though we still did not sleep well as we were woken up at 3am on both nights by other guests. Whilst the rooms are very soundproof getting into the rooms can be tricky if you are not quick so we were subjected to alot of clicking, expletives & banging of doors from late returning party goers. Lovely contempory hotel in great location. Free wifi. Staff welcoming and helpful, the barman even went to The staff room to get me a bar of chocolate as it was pouring With rain! Park in the Selfridges Moor Street car park The hotel will validate your ticket and then you only pay £5!

Very clean and new hotel. The beds are very comfortable and cozy. Good shower unit though the shower head could do with more power to get a good soaking. One draw back is that hotel does not have its own parking space. Overall a good place to spend a night.
